08/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐ Two completely different experiences… We went to Quattrocento twice, and unfortunately, the difference between the two evenings was quite striking. Tuesday evening, no complaints! The owner was there, and the service was quick and efficient. We were served by a young woman with glasses, who was very responsive and pleasant. The pizzas were good, and the salad was generous. We were delighted and thought we had found a great place. Friday evening, a huge disappointment. The owner was absent, and we were served by a tall young man. He was friendly, but sorely lacking in attention and involvement with the customers. The surrounding tables hadn't been cleared, despite the passing time, and two hours for three people is far too long. When it came time to pay, he didn't even have the bill and didn't remember serving us… Such a lack of attention and follow-through is unprecedented for us. As for the food, my pizza was particularly bland: I had to add salt and pepper, a first for me in a restaurant. The Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce) was also very disappointing. It's a real shame, because our first experience had made us want to come back. But with such a difference between the two evenings, we're now hesitant to try it again.

18/03/2026: Seasonal fruits and vegetables, a very attentive and professional vendor (I'll never forget the 100g of "damaged" blueberries he gave me). So, the luxury items are a bit pricey (go figure), but if you stick to the essentials, it's worth it. (For your wallet and your doctor's visit!)

25/06/2026: We had come yesterday and the experience had been excellent. Unfortunately, our visit today was quite different. From the moment we arrived, the woman who served us displayed surprising hostility and condescension. Speaking in French and showing genuine interest in the products I was about to try, I asked her a question about one of them. Her curt and dismissive reply was, "Raisins aren't apples." But that was absolutely not what I was asking. I then pointed out that if she had bothered to listen to my question, she would have understood that I was referring to a different product. This was just one example of several unpleasant exchanges that took place within a few minutes. Wanting to understand the reason for this attitude, I asked her if I had said or done anything that might have upset her. Instead of calming the situation or questioning her behavior, she responded with the same passive-aggressive attitude. I consider it deeply disrespectful to treat a customer this way. What makes this experience even more regrettable is that I am a foreigner, making an effort to speak the local language, genuinely interested in the products offered, and approaching interactions with courtesy and curiosity. I rarely leave negative reviews and always strive to be fair in my ratings. However, this experience truly made me uncomfortable and left me with a feeling of contempt that is difficult to accept. Therefore, I cannot recommend this establishment and, for my part, I will not be returning.

24/05/2026: In the summer, the small terrace is also a nice place to sit. Both the coffee and the delicious pastries were fantastic. They have a wide selection and the price-quality ratio is excellent.

20/08/2026: After extensive renovations, we were delighted to return to your restaurant and enjoy some delicious meals: a fragrant two-salmon tart with a colorful and generous salad, and my husband savored a more classic dish: marinated beef skewers with new potatoes, vegetables, and salad. We received the same warm welcome, with smiles and kind words, and the atmosphere is friendly and cozy. Located right in the center of Céret, opposite the museum, it's the perfect spot. Homemade cuisine.
