02/09/2026: Excellent value for money, very warm welcome. The menu is well thought out with a small but varied selection of dishes, and above all, everything is homemade, which shows in the quality. I highly recommend the pistachio crème brûlée, which is absolutely divine. And I haven't even mentioned the 15 beers on tap – a must for beer lovers. In short, a must-try.

01/08/2026: A perfect family moment, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The waitress was very friendly and professional, the service was smooth, and the dishes were both generous and refined…we will be back! 👌

The only redeeming feature was the attractive presentation, which misled us into choosing this restaurant.
The ambiance was unremarkable, nothing particularly interesting, and quite noisy, which was rather disruptive.
The service was quick, and the waitress gave us good advice on wine pairings. Despite all this, the value for money was terrible; I do not recommend it.

16/07/2026: We ordered the "Loris Tomato Onion" burger for takeout, which was supposed to be made with steak and chicken.
When we got home and opened the burger, we were unpleasantly surprised to find only one steak and a single, tiny piece of chicken. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food for this order.
15/07/2026: First STEM order via click and collect, 2 burgers and an order error... I do not recommend it.

The desserts are very good. For the price of the set menus, there's nothing to complain about.
There's an upstairs area for eating in, as well as space on the ground floor, and tables outside when the weather is nice.

14/08/2026: Excellent restaurant in Chambéry, the dishes and desserts were truly top-notch, ideally located near the castle, with young and friendly staff and an original menu. The main course was perfect, creative, and delicious. The dessert was also very, very good. As for the starter, the terrine was really good, but the gherkins didn't complement the pickled onions. It would have been nicer to use only homemade pickles rather than these gherkins, which ultimately detracted somewhat from the starter itself. The trout gravlax was excellent, although the portion was a bit small for a starter on the menu. Regarding the wines by the glass, we wanted to try the rosés; the one that was closer to a white wine was excellent, while the second, a rosé, was quite average. Overall, a very good experience, a pleasant setting under the plane tree and parasols, and despite the sweltering heat, we had a very good time.

Special mention to the sommelier for the excellent service.
