20/09/2026: A small, unpretentious restaurant… but the crepes served are delicious and so generously filled. My only disappointment was not being able to try the dessert crepes. Not being able to finish my main course crepe would have been a waste of a potential masterpiece. I'll have to come back! No choice!

16/02/2026: The staff were friendly, but the brunch offered on the third Sunday of the month was quite basic in terms of food.
There weren't enough utensils to serve ourselves, so we had to use our fingers.... Overall, I was a bit disappointed, especially the small portions of dessert.
I wasn't informed on the day I made my reservation that it would be brunch... which is a shame, as I had better memories of this restaurant.
01/02/2026: We booked the family room late at night after our flight was cancelled. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful getting us a taxi and welcoming us. Dinner on arrival was lovely even though it was 10pm the staff & kitchen were accommodating and friendly. A beautiful setting. The room was really spacious with 2 bedrooms and a lounge area. Gorgeous views. If you want corporate standard this hotel is not for you. If you want friendly, helpful, comfortable, traditional and quiet this is for you. A haven after a long travel day.

15/02/2026: My husband and I came for our second Valentine's Day.
It was a truly delightful experience, filled with sweetness, flavor, and generosity.
As we were leaving, the manager told us we were the last customers before the restaurant closed.
This touched us deeply and I think it will stay with us for a very long time. Thank you to this restaurant for making this dinner such a wonderful memory. 🙌
And a special mention to the owners: you managed to convey your generosity and love through the food and the memories we will cherish. 🩷
04/02/2026: Flexible regarding arrival time (we informed them of our delay and the manager didn't hold it against us). Charming, rather intimate setting. Quick and efficient service.
Good food but relatively expensive. Value for money 3/5. Friendly welcome. Clean restrooms. Extensive wine list. We had a pleasant time.

01/08/2026: I strongly advise against this place; the staff are very intrusive and unfriendly, and there is a long wait for a beer and a cocktail even if there are only 2 of you for 4 servers.
17/07/2026: Very good sorbets.
The way Bistrot du Palais operates has become incomprehensible, as it keeps its old main entrance closed, forcing customers to take a long detour inside to reach tables facing Rue Favre.
This company, which also manages Café de l'Horloge and O'Cardinal, seems to be focusing solely on a decent decor and location.
Since the manager is almost never there, and avoids customers when she is, patrons only deal with servers who take no responsibility and, with a few exceptions, don't stay long.

22/08/2026: The food was decent enough, but big eaters should probably steer clear... 20 euros for a burger with a patty the size of a kids' burger... frankly, it's not worth the money. The service was pleasant, but there was a wait and it was a bit disorganized, so you need to be patient. In short, not a great experience, but not a disaster either.
21/08/2026: It was nice, the service was quite fast, with a good selection.

25/06/2026: €11 = Tasteless and poorly filled tacos.
The meat was defrosted and undercooked (mushy tenders that weren't crispy at all). The sour cream was lumpy with a bitter taste, and the sauce... nonexistent.
I couldn't finish it; I was very hungry, but the taco gave me a stomach ache.
05/06/2026: The service is awful. They barely respond to greetings, as if they're trying to get rid of you.
The kitchen is unhygienic, with a cook spitting and a server who wasn't even aware of who it was.
Their tacos have no flavor.

16/09/2026: Today I went to Flunch for lunch with my daughter and it was very, very good. The fish was cooked perfectly (and I'm quite picky), the staff were welcoming, and the fries were the best I've ever had... well done! I'll be going back to the Flunch in Le Puy-en-Velay soon and I hope to find the same quality.

02/09/2026: I stopped by the Folliet shop in Chambéry this afternoon to find a gift. Feeling a bit unsure, I asked for advice on making the right choice, but the saleswoman quickly became annoyed by my hesitation.
To make matters worse, when I finally selected a ready-to-use Alpery pack explicitly labeled "250g," the saleswoman informed me that there was more than expected and that she would have to remove some in front of me… 🤔
This somewhat spoils the customer experience and shows a lack of professionalism. Why not measure the packs correctly from the start instead of removing merchandise right in front of the customer?
A shame.
Aside from that, the coffee is roasted on-site, the shop is attractive, and it smells wonderful.
13/06/2026: Friendly welcome and service. Large terrace with shade in the morning. The dining room was noisy, but not a problem.

Situé en Zac mais une fois à l intérieur : jolie deco et coin terrasse
Personnel efficace
03/08/2024: Restaurant très agréable entre amis et en famille repas avec des produits frais (ne pas y aller trop souvent car la carte ne change pas beaucoup et on a vite fait le tour mais c’est normal car produits selon saisons).
Le seul bémol à mon goût est le fait que les tables soient un peu serrées donc en famille et entre amis pas gênant mais c’est vrai que si on recherche l’intimité pour un couple c’est différent. Les tarifs sont raisonnables.
L’intérieur est lumineux la décoration est reposante il y a une terrasse. On y mange bien et les saveurs sont variées. Je recommande
