20/01/2026: Fantasic place to chill and sip on a few beers. Charlie is great!! I'm english, my wife is spanish and our friends are french, and he could interact, speak and have a laugh with us all in our own languages! Top man!! We'll be back!

12/03/2026: Stay away from the oysters! We visited Cap Horn and ordered oysters as an appetizer. We got moderate food poisoning and had to vomit after the visit. The oysters didn't taste very good either, but we only realized later that the oysters were the cause.

01/03/2026: A small, very cozy restaurant where they even prepare the meat on a grill right there in the restaurant. We went there because of the good reviews. Reservations are absolutely essential. You can also make them online, but you have to leave a €50 deposit per person! The restaurant is therefore very busy. This was also reflected in the service: impersonal, rushed, and not very communicative. We had a Savoyarde fondue, which was extremely runny. The cheese and white wine didn't blend at all. The green salad was quite tasteless, and the accompanying bread often fell apart in the fondue. The ham was nothing special either. The red wine was too cold. We also had dessert and coffee. Before we had even finished the coffee, the bill was placed on the table WITHOUT us asking. So, for us, it's quite clear – we can do without it.

07/02/2026: It wasn't possible to order a portion of fries without ordering a main course. Appetizers alone weren't available either. We ordered before the kitchen closed, and five minutes later we were told the kitchen had already closed, even though it was clearly before then. We will definitely NOT be coming back!!!

03/03/2026: We had a great experience at La Sivoliere. All the staff were very kind, warm, helpful and professional with a smile always on their face. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel home away from home. The service was perfect. The rooms were small but cozy and equipped with everything we need. The ski shop was great with always the great help of Antonio and Coralie. The Concierge team tried to accommodate all our requests with patience. The reception team were always ready for anything. Finally, all the shuttle drivers were super nice and real gentlemen. We will definitely go again there next year.
25/02/2026: BE CAREFUL! This has been the worst experience of my life. I would not wish it to anyone. I booked a Junior Suite of 35 square meters based on the photos shown on the website. The images showed spacious rooms with beautiful balconies and lovely views, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. Upon arrival, I was given a very small room with no balcony. The sleeping area looks around 16 or 17 square meters. The window faces what appears to be a back area covered by a large banner with printed trees instead of a real view. I was told that not all rooms are shown on the website and that the total 35 square meters includes a very large bathroom. The bathroom takes up most of the space, while the actual bedroom feels small and cramped. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. I asked to cancel, but the booking is non refundable. I now have to stay here for seven days without the option to relocate. Unfortunately, this stay has completely ruined seven days of my time. I strongly advise future guests to confirm the exact room details, balcony and view before booking. UPDATE AFTER HOTEL RESPONSE: The hotel’s reply avoids the actual issue. This was not a “variation in layout.” The room provided was fundamentally different from what is shown and reasonably expected of a Junior Suite in a hotel of this level. The sleeping area was extremely small, most of the space was taken by a large bathroom, there was no balcony, and the “view” was a rear-facing window covered by a printed banner. Photos create expectations. Showing spacious rooms with views while allocating one without these basic features is not a minor difference. Full occupancy is not a valid justification for delivering accommodation that does not match what was sold. Future guests should confirm the exact room details, balcony, and view before booking.

20/12/2025: Newly open thai authentic restaurant this year. The food was amazing. We eat pad thai, green curry, and pad kra pao it was delicious. 1st thai authentic restaurant in courchevel. The service was good. The portion was big. If any of you craving for asian thai food. You must try this restaurant.

19/10/2025: So here we have reached, not the summits, but the human stupidity of high-altitude catering. If you arrive in traditional ski gear, you are looked down upon and put in a corner. EVERYTHING is overpriced, the music is way too loud, you can even hear it from the top of La Saulire! An establishment like we no longer want in Courchevel, fed up with this kind of wart at the top of our beautiful mountains. Return to traditional and accessible.
29/08/2025: Rude waiter and super expensive. Also super loud. People are coming to the mountains to relax not listen to your stupid music. Food is average, nothing special.

The food is abominable And the cleanliness is nonexistent; we sent back the salad because there was a bug inside... In short, avoid it

02/03/2026: By far, La Casserole is the best restaurant in Courchevel and even in the entire Three Valleys. The food is consistently outstanding, the service is superb and the staff are absolutely wonderful. There is such a warm, vibrant atmosphere, whether you sit inside or outside, it’s always a fantastic experience. If you’re staying anywhere in the Three Valleys, this is a must. In fact, you should go at least twice. Dorothee Simply the best

08/01/2026: Only stopped here for lunch, I would say for what the food was it was very expensive, I had the tartiflette but when it arrived it looked and tasted like a microwave meal, very watery as well. My friend had the Steak and again it was tough and chewy. This has put me off coming back. better restaurants elsewhere on the mountain.
29/12/2025: Altibar was fantastic back in the day. Pilatus was ok at first, but its latest owners wrecked the place. Insanely over-expensive (c.50eur for tomato sauce pasta!) in a valley already over-crowded with excessive ‘glitz’ and wildly expensive options (largely charmless dross). Thank God the latest Pilatus has closed down. I pray whatever comes next in its place is a return to its old reasonably well-priced good quality form. Please bring back old school classics and quality to Courchevel!

31/01/2026: Unacceptable handling of security deposit and guest treatment We stayed at Manali Lodge in Courchevel 1650 from 25–28 January (3 nights). The stay cost €7,000, yet the hotel required a €4,000 security deposit, which already felt excessive. I paid it in good faith. After checkout on 28 January, the property was left in good condition and no damages were mentioned. As of 31 January, my deposit had still not been released. When I followed up, I was told they were “still checking with housekeeping,” days after checkout, with no written report, no explanation, and no timeline. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. On top of this, during our stay the hotel paid €100 for a transfer in the middle of the night due to a special situation when we were not at the hotel. Despite already holding €4,000 of our money, management made a big issue over this amount and insisted that we immediately come down to reception to pay it on the spot, instead of simply deducting it from the deposit or handling it reasonably. Until we got back to the hotel. This behavior shows a lack of professionalism, poor guest handling, and questionable financial practices. I would strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious regarding deposits, additional charges, and how payments are managed. Transparency and prompt refunds are essential in hospitality—unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
12/01/2026: Manali_Lodge = Airbnb, period. It's shockingly odd that guests are expected to tidy up their own trash bins, and to buy their own supplies from supermarkets nearby because the hotel constantly runs out of basic things. Go to the newest reviews. Accounts with the “Local Guide” label give 5 ⭐️(the orange badge), but regular accounts leave extremely bad reviews. I'll leave the rest to you if you're reading.
