09/07/2026: Fantastic hotel, the marvel artwork is stunning and the rooms really comfortable. Breakfast was great, a little pricey but all you can eat. Pool was nice when we had a really hot day. Only 10 min walk to the Disney parks.
01/07/2026: The hotel was good, the service was very unwelcoming over all, the staff made us and from what I was watching around us other people as well feel unwelcome. The rooms were fine, a bit old, for the price you would expect more. The location it was amazing because it was very close to the park and very convenient!

Very disappointed with the fries, full of small pieces. I have a photo but I can't upload it to the review. I mentioned it to the manager, but no replacement fries were offered.
The burger was great.
10/08/2026: Having been a regular customer for almost four years, I've noticed a decrease in both quantity and quality, and also a significant price increase.
I'm increasingly disappointed.

23/05/2026: Fantastic experience at Bistro Chez Rémy! The restaurant is beautifully themed and truly feels like you stepped into Ratatouille’s world. The atmosphere, decoration, and attention to detail are amazing, especially the giant plates and cutlery design. Food was very good as well — the steak and fries were excellent, and the overall experience was worth it.
One important tip for visitors: even if the Disneyland app shows the restaurant as fully booked, it is still possible to get a table by coming directly to the restaurant and asking the staff. We managed to get seated without a reservation. Highly recommended!
23/05/2026: The spirit of Ratatouille is alive and well in this restaurant! Reservations are recommended, as it gets very popular. We booked a table for early afternoon and were given the time. The service was excellent. The waiter immediately checked for our food allergies and took great care of us throughout the meal. Expect to pay €45 for a starter and main course, which was plenty for us.

23/07/2026: With our little girl being 5 we wanted to make it extra special and book here so she could meet her favourite princess's as it's hard to see them otherwise.
We were the 1st in for the dinner slot so was really quiet & chilled atmosphere & we had a lot of interactions with the characters.
She met all 3 of her favourites, Cinderella, Aroura & snow white plus mickey.
They were all really nice and just how you'd imagined they'd be in person, our daughter absolutely loved it, memories we'll never forget.
Read reviews before hand saying the food wasn't great which I feel is a little harsh, it's not the best ever but I thought it was good enough, I enjoyed it.
It is expensive but I think worth it for the memories & you do get a 3 course meal.
Would 100% recommend this place 👌
23/07/2026: We love Disney and have had a fantastic trip at DLP overall. However, this dining experience was exceptionally bad. The food is mediocre at best and the service is the worst I’ve ever seen at Disney. The servers act like you are bothering them when you ask for water or coffee. Save your money.

15/08/2026: The bakery itself is good quality, but the service is absolutely deplorable and slow, especially considering its location at the train station and its stated purpose in serving commuters.
There were two people at the counter and three ahead of me, yet I had to turn around empty-handed to avoid missing my train, even though I arrived 10 minutes early.
The way tourists are handled is also rather poor. There are many tourists thanks to Disneyland Paris, and they struggle to order or make themselves understood, even when stating their order in French. A little more consideration and effort would be appreciated, especially given how slow the service already is!

14/12/2024: Quel dommage d'arriver avec un peu d'avance et d'être servi de trois quart d'heure après... D'avoir le malheur d'avoir notre fils malade et donc de pas venir au restaurant et pour le coup ayant déjà tout payé en ligne, osé entendre ne pas pouvoir bénéficier de son repas en plus...

12/09/2024: Después de haber hecho una reserva, pasó un jueves alrededor de la 1 : 15 pm para el almuerzo; por desgracia, a pesar de varias críticas brillantes, este restaurante no merece más de 3 estrellas por las siguientes razones:
El servicio era muy bueno, y aunque los asientos son un poco apretados, era aceptable. Les Brochettes
de Boeuf Marine se cocinaron medio raro como se pidió y se condimentaron bien y muy sabroso; sin embargo, la carne era inaceptablemente dura, llena de tejido conectivo, y difícil de cortar en trozos del tamaño de un bocado. El L'Entrecote de viande de boeuf también se cocinó medio raro como se pidió, pero que también era inaceptablemente duro y lleno de tejido conectivo. Un punto brillante era la ensalada era fresca y sabrosa y las patatas fritas gruesas de estilo casero eran crujientes y cocinadas perfectamente. El chef debe hacer un mejor trabajo seleccionando la carne servida aquí asegurándose de que esté tierna y no llena de tejido conectivo.

21/07/2024: Une pépite à Val d’Europe. Des plats originaux avec des mets de qualité. Nous nous sommes régalés. Le restaurant est décoré avec goût, l’endroit est chic mais l’ambiance décontractée. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant
