27/07/2026: We have returned to this hotel so obviously enjoyed it. Its proximity to the parks, well ordered nature, and quality of the amenities and rooms are all significant positives. The staff are excellent and helpful too. It is not cheap and gluten free is never easy at Disney, but we would recommend it.
09/07/2026: Fantastic hotel, the marvel artwork is stunning and the rooms really comfortable. Breakfast was great, a little pricey but all you can eat. Pool was nice when we had a really hot day. Only 10 min walk to the Disney parks.

I'm increasingly disappointed.

Very disappointed with the fries, full of small pieces. I have a photo but I can't upload it to the review. I mentioned it to the manager, but no replacement fries were offered.

Indeed, the atmosphere of the restaurant, inspired by the film Ratatouille, is definitely there, and the decor is great.
But unfortunately, the rest doesn't live up to it. The portions aren't generous, the ingredients, like the fries, aren't fresh, and the ratatouille is tasteless—the canned kind I buy tastes better. 🤔 The feeling remains the same: they're taking money from customers because the prices are high, but the quality isn't there.
Very disappointed with this restaurant.

20/08/2026: A truly magical place. I was here on August 9, 2026. The food was excellent, the staff were super friendly, and the presence of the princesses and Mickey Mouse made everything magical.
As someone with allergies, I really care about how the staff handles this issue. They were very attentive and made me feel at ease. The menu is set, and you can choose from various dishes, which include an appetizer, main course, and dessert.
Highly recommended.
19/08/2026: Disappointing experience—far below expectations for the price.
The front desk reception was extremely inefficient. Guests with reservations and walk-ins were forced into the same slow queue, showing a complete lack of organization. When I showed my reservation details, the staff kept asking for the exact information right in front of them. While we communicated in English fine throughout, they ended up switching to French at the end for no apparent reason...
As for the food, it was quite disappointing. I ordered the fish fillet, which was poorly prepped—full of scales and bones. When I brought this to the server's attention, I had to explain myself multiple times, only to be met with a weak excuse that "the kitchen said this rarely happens, so sorry."
Overall, a terrible experience that is absolutely not worth the price tag.

15/08/2026: The bakery itself is good quality, but the service is absolutely deplorable and slow, especially considering its location at the train station and its stated purpose in serving commuters.
There were two people at the counter and three ahead of me, yet I had to turn around empty-handed to avoid missing my train, even though I arrived 10 minutes early.
The way tourists are handled is also rather poor. There are many tourists thanks to Disneyland Paris, and they struggle to order or make themselves understood, even when stating their order in French. A little more consideration and effort would be appreciated, especially given how slow the service already is!

12/09/2024: Después de haber hecho una reserva, pasó un jueves alrededor de la 1 : 15 pm para el almuerzo; por desgracia, a pesar de varias críticas brillantes, este restaurante no merece más de 3 estrellas por las siguientes razones:
El servicio era muy bueno, y aunque los asientos son un poco apretados, era aceptable. Les Brochettes
de Boeuf Marine se cocinaron medio raro como se pidió y se condimentaron bien y muy sabroso; sin embargo, la carne era inaceptablemente dura, llena de tejido conectivo, y difícil de cortar en trozos del tamaño de un bocado. El L'Entrecote de viande de boeuf también se cocinó medio raro como se pidió, pero que también era inaceptablemente duro y lleno de tejido conectivo. Un punto brillante era la ensalada era fresca y sabrosa y las patatas fritas gruesas de estilo casero eran crujientes y cocinadas perfectamente. El chef debe hacer un mejor trabajo seleccionando la carne servida aquí asegurándose de que esté tierna y no llena de tejido conectivo.

21/07/2024: Une pépite à Val d’Europe. Des plats originaux avec des mets de qualité. Nous nous sommes régalés. Le restaurant est décoré avec goût, l’endroit est chic mais l’ambiance décontractée. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant

L’unité pour que tout soit du surgelé, de plus au visuel cela se voit qu’elles ne sont pas fraîches du jour même
