27/11/2024: depuis un certain temps on entend parler de cette table Alors ma femme m'a dit, Allons y. Et quelle jolie découverte. Dès la mise en bouche. Nous sommes captiver par un velouté de courge musquée de Provence. À tomber par terre. Et cette pana cotta citronnelle crevettes grises bouleversante. La suite fut tout aussi stupéfiante. Maîtrise des cuissons. Des goûts. Nous avons prit un de chaque pour vraiment goûter à tout. Cuisson de l'œuf remarquable et ce croustillant bluffant. Omble chevalier. Fondant en bouche avec ce sorbet concombre divin Les plats sont maîtriser. Les desserts gourmands Les sorbets et glace sont à tomber Les assiettes sont très bien présenter. Chaque assiette mérite une photo Le fil est conducteur de la mise en bouche jusqu'au dessert. Nous comprenons maintenant pourquoi on parle tellement de la table des corderies. Nous reviendrons régulièrement maintenant. Merci

17/11/2024: de retour pour passer à nouveau un joli moment en amoureux. Ma femme ne réfléchis plus où aller dorénavant. Elle réserve à la table des corderies. Mise en bouche pour débuter. Velouté de cresson. Panacotta citronnelle crevettes grises. Du goût du goût pour débuter. Cela annonce une belle suite. Entrée. L'œuf mollet croustillant. Nouvelle entrée depuis notre dernier passage Cuisson œuf parfaite. Croustillant étonnant. Et ce Velouté de carottes jaune, dingue. Un Visuel admiratif. Plat Volaille. Une farce goûteuse. Résultat une viande moelleuse et juteuse. Gnocchis au potimarron napper sauce parmesan. Gourmand à souhait. Purée de patate douce. Sauce Velouté de potimarron crémeuse. Jolie visuellement. Les Saint jacques. Cuisson parfaite. Jolie croûte pleine de gourmandise. Purée de butternut goûteuse. Espuma poireaux aérien. Et ces pommes de terre soufflées, de la technique du croustillant dans l'assiette. Visuel tel un tableau. Pré dessert. Pomme avec un sorbet pomme shiso. Magique Dessert Tiramisu. Remplit de Gourmandise. Merveilleux. Service chaleureux et delicat. En cuisine un magicien des saveurs et des goûts nous gâtent. un artiste qui dresse ces assiettes comme de véritables tableaux Encore une fois. Un merveilleux moment. Merci

06/12/2024: I ordered a layer cake for my daughter's 1st birthday. The cake was magnificent and perfectly met my expectations, it was perfectly in keeping with the theme of our decoration 😁 He was as handsome as he was good. Also very surprised by the price, really inexpensive for such good quality cakes! I also ordered a bento cake for my birthday, it was magnificent and very good, I recommend the lemon flavor which is neither too sweet nor too sour, just perfect! Many thanks to you!! ❤️ I will not hesitate to order again 🥰

29/11/2024: What a delight!!! A delicious snack break. The Paris Brest and Pear Caramel choux were incredible. The pastries are well balanced, each bite is tasty and light. Thank you very much, see you soon! (I didn't have time to take a photo, but the visual was just as great)

28/08/2024: Croquines was an exceptional caterer for our reception and wedding reception. Sandrine helped me find the best options to feed and entertain our guests with creative ideas. She offered us many options for the aperitif and the meal, and the tasting of our choices convinced us. Sandrine also put me in touch with a sommelier (Objectif Vin) who I highly recommend. Communication with Croquines has always been fluid. On the day of the wedding, the servers were very friendly, and the food was both delicious and beautifully presented. Many of our guests complimented the quality of the dishes and asked for the name of the caterer. I highly recommend Croquines!!! 🩷

01/08/2024: The manager is a professional who knows what she is talking about and who offers services at very affordable prices! In addition, we used their services for our wedding and the team was perfect throughout the evening. Congratulations to all! 💪

22/08/2024: Had the most wonderful stay at Avril’s. If you’re looking to explore the Somme this is the best place to stay. They have the most amazing collection in the museum and the welcome is like being home from home. Wish we had stayed for longer, we will definitely be back and hope to not leave it another 30 years! Could not recommend enough!!!

19/08/2024: Visited as we saw online that there was an WW1 excavated trench on site. It was amazing and really interesting. We had lunch and drinks. A great menu in english. We are vegetarian and had struggled to find food on the trip. We ate well here. Beautiful surroundings with chickens and birds. Would recommend.

31/08/2024: Stopped here while biking along the Somme river, just for a drink. Nice place to stop.

29/08/2024: Very friendly welcome. The boss wants to satisfy his customers and runs everywhere to avoid too much waiting. the cuisine is very good with research, particularly for the dessert that we had….a few gold leaves….quite unexpected for a brasserie. Bravo to the Chef as well as the boss. It's worth the detour and we must encourage them. Thank you for this good time spent at your place👌

02/09/2024: Installés un peu à l’étroit avec réservation nous avons pu déguster une entrecôte et bavette de très bonne qualité, sans oublier la chiffonnade de jambon pour patienter. Les accompagnements sont simples mais de bonne qualité et bien préparés. Les desserts faits maisons sont aussi très bons et copieux. Nous n’avons pas regretté le choix de ce restaurant pour cette soirée de fin d’été. L’addition est un peu élevée mais la qualité des viandes est réelle.

16/08/2024: Par une journée pluvieuse, où nombres d'établissement de la ville étaient fermés pour congés, nous avons pu trouver refuge culinaire dans ce bistrot du monde! Accueilli chaleureusement par la patronne, nous nous sommes laissés guider vers la fierté de la maison : les moules de la baie cuisinées à l'indienne ! Rien que cela vous donne une idée du voyage qui vous est proposé ! En résumé, savoureux, familial, artisanal, abordable et multiculturel. Bravo pour cette alchimie !

15/08/2024: Sommes arrivés à l'improviste, sans avoir réservé... Par chance encore 2 places.... Un accueil très sympathique, et un service aux petits soins... En entrée un petit nem et un petit Samoussa avec une petite sauce à la menthe... Miaaam... En plat du jour un poulet Tikka Massala (je ne suis plus certaine de l'orthographe) avec riz au curry.. On nous avait prévenu que c'était légèrement piquant... Et franchement trop bon... Piquant juste ce qu'il faut. Et pour refroidir le feu du gosier (et en plus avec la chaleur ça a fait du bien) une petite glace à l'italienne. Nous y retournerons lors de nos prochaines vacances... Bravo à toute l'équipe.

13/08/2024: Excellent French restaurant near Fressenneville in the French north of Picardy. Excellent quality of dishes and a fair price (€22 with starter, main course and dessert without alcohol). I will return there at every opportunity. It is obviously very popular at lunch, best to book.

25/09/2024: Warm welcome, pleasant atmosphere (lots of people that day), the dishes are generous (xxl steak), fast service. The establishment gives an impression of impeccable cleanliness. Parking is easy. Only the fries were, in our opinion, not up to par, which the owner admitted. Signed: two farmers traveling that day (one young and one in their forties...). Good luck at the flowery inn.

03/09/2024: Restaurant situé sur le parking de Auchan. La déco est vintage et disparaître.. sauf en terrasse.. l'accueil est simple mais sympa. La carte est bien achalandée et on y sert des plats locaux. C'est plus un restaurant pour les gens du coin que pour les touristes mais nous cela nous va. Nous avons choisi un filet de poisson garni pommes de terre et salade ainsi qu'une ficelle picarde frites salade.. nous avons été servis rapidement et les plats étaient bons...
