28/07/2026: My partner and I booked based on the positive Google reviews, and we were very disappointed. The foie gras was overpriced for being served with only two half-slices of brioche that crumbled rather than being toasted. The other dishes left much to be desired: a dry chicken supreme and a sauce that reminded us of school cafeteria food. The meat in the couscous was dry and burnt all over. The price was exorbitant for the barely acceptable quality. And the wait was excessively long, with an unpleasant welcome. We will never return.

02/07/2026: Just want to say as I’m finishing my dinner…this place is wonderful. The food is most divine that I’ve eaten in a very long time. The staff is friendly and eases the atmosphere given my broken to none French. The duck fillet is so beautiful, no offence to anywhere in the world but for places I can afford, this dish was the best duck fillet I’ve ever had in my life! Garnished with the alias of Cabernet Sauvignon ( Saint Amour) I had snails for starters and was the first time I’ve ever tried…although I don’t have a baseline I found them so tasty! Stephen (hopefully I got this right) is so very kind, friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend!

We arrived a bit late, and even though the restaurant was empty, we were still able to enjoy a leisurely lunch! Have you ever been treated so well in another restaurant at 1:45 pm? 08/06/2026: Excellent restaurant in Amiens! The ingredients are impeccably fresh and the quality is consistently high. It's definitely my go-to spot: I've never found better in the area. The dishes are flavorful, well-prepared, and you can really taste the care taken with the ingredients. Special mention for the fromage blanc with honey—a true delight! The service is also a strong point: warm, friendly, and always attentive. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. A must-visit for great everyday dining; it's hard to find anything comparable anywhere else in the city!

09/07/2026: Superb food. Exceptional value for money with 2 menus. Lovely staff and owners. The best cheese selection I've ever had which I think someone else has written. Just a tip if you are English and do not speak French. Make sure you have the translation app or equivalent as the menu is in French and they speak little English but please do not let this put you off. What a gem of a place. 2 courses, cheese and a pudding for around £28.
