20/01/2026: An address worth the detour… but in the opposite direction! Beautiful, unique neighborhood, well located. A place I frequented in its early days more than 10 years ago, but which never impressed me, both in terms of service and the simple, low quality of the food compared to the price. Two recent experiences, the first of which, admittedly, wasn't my choice to warrant a return visit; I went along with it. A table of eight, a young waitress greeted us warmly and seated us intelligently. Her manager arrived and literally asked us to "move over." The young woman was scolded in front of us. I asked my friends to leave because we were clearly in the way, but some insisted on staying. After 10 minutes, we were finally seated. To my surprise, the dish was decent. I didn't take any risks; it was chicken, but it was standard fare, nothing that would make me make the trip to come back on my own. The staff was once again lacking in courtesy at the till, and a remark made was truly inappropriate, so much so that one of the people present has now decided to change restaurants for their usual business lunches here. The second time, the welcome was very good, the service excellent, and the staff dynamic and pleasant. The cocktail was non-alcoholic; in fact, the server was surprised that I didn't drink alcohol. Sobriety and responsibility still exist in this world... But when the lamb dish arrived, upon cutting a piece, the smell and color, despite the abundant sauce, seemed strange to me, and the taste wasn't right either. After two or three pieces, I decided to stop; the lamb didn't meet the standard I expect in a restaurant, or even at home. The friendly waitress asked if everything was alright, but I preferred to say yes despite her professional insistence because previously, her former manager (who wasn't actually her manager) had given me a very bad and unjustified experience. So, simply avoid it. Finding a good meal in this neighborhood is definitely difficult!

When we went to pay, we were charged for a €21 menu plus drinks... because we didn't order coffee or tea... it should be specified that the €24 deal is void in this case... otherwise, the meal and service were very good.

11/12/2023: Deux nouvelles soirées chez vous, qui nous ont permis de retrouver tout ce que nous aimons tant, et qui nous fait revenir au Crotoy le plus souvent possible : - l'ambiance unique : chaleureuse, cocoon et feutrée, il fait si bon se réfugier chez vous après les longues balades dans le froid ou la pluie... - un service impeccable : Lucie et son équipe, quatre personnes de très bons conseils, dynamiques, aussi attentives qu'efficaces : vous êtes parfaits, quel plaisir de vous revoir. - notre combinaison habituelle pour pouvoir, en deux actes, nous émerveiller de la maîtrise de Pascal, de ses nouvelles créations, de l'expression de son Art : * une soirée "menu Baie Marine" * et une soirée "à la carte" : nous prenons des plats différents, et goûtons chaque assiette de l'autre. C'était si surprenant, recherché, élaboré, divinement bon... il nous a semblé que nous nous sommes régalés comme jamais, que l'équipe s'est encore transcendée... Mais était-il possible d'encore vous améliorer ? J'en doute, la perfection étant atteinte et maintenue avec constance depuis si longtemps. Nous nous sommes en tous cas laissés emporter par la magie du moment, ces deux soirées ont été des moments de pur bonheur, intense. 09/12/2024: Je suis extrêmement déçu par l'accueil téléphonique de ce restaurant. Nous avons appelé pour réserver une table, mais le propriétaire nous a refusé à 13h ce samedi midi 07/12 en nous disant qu'il ne prenait plus personne!!!! Sans doute, à t-il trop de réservations et n'a pas besoin de clients. Cette expérience était vraiment désagréable, et je ne recommanderais pas ce restaurant à cause de ce manque de professionnalisme et de courtoisie !!!! Heureusement, nous avons pu déjeuner dans un autre établissement ...

20/01/2026: Always reliable! It had been 10 years since I'd last been to this establishment. We went there because it was the only decent restaurant open nearby for lunch during the holiday season!!! I find that appalling! But we were glad we did. The snail was small, but good. The value for money is excellent.
