27/04/2026: I absolutely loved Amiens. And for food, a special mention goes to Port Saint Leu, 45/47 Quai Belu, 80000 Amiens. My first impression was that it might be a tourist trap? But it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. A €35 set menu (which might seem a bit pricey, but it's worth it) includes an aperitif, starter, main course, and dessert. Plus, the mussels on the chalkboard offer excellent value for money (around €16). Special mention for the spit-roasted pig (with its crispy skin 😋). The service was very professional and friendly despite the crowds. I'll definitely be back 😋

23/04/2026: Don't miss their suckling pig! A real treat. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. The service was excellent, with great advice. The setting is lovely, and it's very good value for money. We highly recommend it.

05/04/2026: The change in ownership is definitely noticeable. The cuisine has changed; the dishes are less refined, less sophisticated, and less seasonal. It's good, but since the menu seems to be for 2026-2027, you'll quickly run out of options. The setting is magnificent, but the decor needs some attention. A few logs and pieces of moss are missing and simply need replacing.

18/01/2026: Cute place next to the train station and a perfect stop during a bike ride along the Somme. The staff is very friendly and kind and the prices are very reasonable. A very pleasant experience. As others have noted, they have a very cute kids meal, but I didn’t notice it until I had already ordered.

24/12/2025: I highly recommend it! We were pleasantly surprised by the children's menu; the large box for the kids included a toy. When I return to the area, I won't hesitate to come back here. 😌

17/11/2025: The best Picardy-style crepe of my life 🤩. The waffle was just as good 😙. Thank you to the owners for their warm welcome; we had a great chat about the snack bar and the surrounding area (mill, castle). On my next bike ride, this is a must-stop. See you soon 🙂

06/07/2025: Very very good, very good food with real hand-peeled fries, everything is homemade, even the pizza dough, a quality chef and impeccable professionalism, very clean kitchen. The service is also pleasant and with a smile [Antoine Ambre and Maguy at the top] no stress, we had time to drink our aperitif without being rushed, I recommend this restaurant to my biker friends and especially to camper van owners

06/04/2026: A huge disappointment, especially since it was excellent last year. The Welsh rarebit was good to begin with, but the fries arrived more than 25 minutes later… As a result, my wife ate the bread and cheese on their own, and the dish went hard while she waited. A real shame. We had the same problem with the mussels: an interminable wait for the fries, and the whole dining room could hear it… so clearly there was a problem in the kitchen. The children's menu was far too limited. As for the gesture of goodwill: very inadequate. On a bill of €170, only the Welsh rarebit and a Perrier (the cheapest drink) were offered. That's really stingy considering the problems we encountered. And above all, it leaves an even more bitter taste because it was our last day of the weekend… We were hoping to end on a high note. The most disappointing thing was the owner's attitude, which was dishonest and showed no real willingness to reflect on his mistakes. Frankly, it's a shame, a significant drop in quality compared to last year. We won't be back.

06/04/2026: I recently had lunch with my family at Jules restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The fries were served more than 25 minutes after the mussels and Welsh rarebit, which spoiled the meal. Furthermore, the service was nonexistent; the waiters never came to inquire about our requests, our satisfaction, or to explain the delay. The most disappointing aspect was the owner's condescending attitude when we complained. He didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience and made us feel like we were eating without paying, even though most customers leave before being served due to the slow service. It's an experience I won't repeat. I don't recommend this restaurant; the owner's attitude was truly appalling. Luckily, the waitress acknowledged that the day's service was difficult.

16/04/2026: A fantastic experience at this casino! The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, with welcoming and professional staff. The machines are varied and well-maintained, and the setting is really lovely, especially with its proximity to the sea. It's an ideal place to spend quality time with friends or as a couple. I highly recommend it.

12/04/2026: We came to have lunch one day at the Cayeux casino. Upon arrival, we found the establishment rather unwelcoming, very empty, and a bit gloomy. The same was true for the dining room. The staff, however, were very pleasant. As for the food, I have mixed feelings. We didn't find it excellent; the overall atmosphere of the place felt a bit like a canteen… the mussels were rather bland.

23/04/2026: This will be the last time I go to this restaurant because the owner doesn't like it when you tell him the truth. Once, I ordered a cold crepe, and when I pointed it out, he didn't believe me. Then, just last Saturday, I went back and ordered a noisette (a type of crepe). The waitress didn't even know what it was. The owner explained it to her, and then she brought me the noisette for €3.50 instead of the regular one for €1.70. I didn't want to make a scene, so I left. So be careful.
