13/08/2026: We were looking for a small restaurant on our holiday road trip and we weren't disappointed at all, even though we hadn't booked! We loved how the manager presented the daily menu to us with such kindness. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, even our little boy Marsault! 🥰 Thank you for this lovely time, and a special thank you to the trainee waitress, who was fantastic! 😊 A minor point regarding the atmosphere: we found the staff a little reserved with each other, although this didn't spoil our meal or our overall experience as customers. 😊 See you soon! 👋

25/07/2026: Another fantastic meal at Le Mayocq restaurant. We stayed at Camping Le Ridin this year and last year, and of course, we went back to eat at Le Mayocq twice on the terrace. The food is generous, delicious, and very varied (pizzas, mussels, pasta, salads, local dishes). The service is excellent; the servers are very pleasant and attentive. Special mention to Babette, who is very kind and always smiling. The value for money is perfect! I recommend making a reservation if you want to go. We will definitely be back; thank you to the whole team.

11/07/2026: During our stay at the campsite, we booked the half-board package, which included breakfast and dinner, but we also ordered some takeaway lunches. The welcome was friendly and the traditional cuisine was generous. Live music and live sports broadcasts enhanced our meals on-site, creating a pleasant atmosphere both indoors and on the terrace. Reservations are recommended. Thank you to the whole team!

19/09/2026: We were very disappointed by this restaurant, which we had enjoyed many years ago. The dishes were bland and tasteless. The Picardy-style crepes were lukewarm, and the main course consisted of vegetables that were probably frozen and reheated. Only the gourmet coffee was acceptable; that says it all! In short, as far as we're concerned, this restaurant is blacklisted.

18/09/2026: Restaurant with outdated decor and atmosphere. The food was very average. The starter was a faisselle cheese, served lukewarm to cold, straight from the fridge or freezer. The main course was sole meunière. The sole wasn't fresh and had probably also come from the freezer. The side dish was bland and uninspired. The dessert was good, and the wine, a Pouilly-Fumé, was excellent. The service was quite adequate. A major disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, which seems geared towards tourists passing through.

31/08/2026: I had a fantastic time at this restaurant! The welcome was warm and the staff very pleasant. I especially loved the baked egg starter – it was delicious. The main courses were generous and tasty. An excellent restaurant in Péronne, I highly recommend it!

05/09/2026: The plate was slammed down like a mess tin on the table, with dirty edges, the fish was bone dry and bitter, and the sauce, advertised as having tarragon, tasted nothing of it and was very runny. No spices, no seasoning whatsoever. Worse than a school cafeteria. A €5.50 drink was served without any ice. The waiter was cleaning the next table, throwing all the crumbs back at us. Avoid this place.
