01/10/2024: We went with 4 to eat. The place looks good. We even got greeted by a cat inside the place, but never judge a book by its cover. When the food arrived the server wanted to switch the normal knives with steak knives, but after collecting the normal ones she immediately forgot to give us the steak knives to eat. We had to ask another server for knives to eat. I ordered a Tournedos, which ended up full of fat and tendons (so not a Tournedos at all!). The tournedos was served with potato puree, which had way to much butter in it. Carrots that tasted weird and a small puree swirl, which tasted fruity and did not match with the dish at all. The dish itself was a mess. Very dissapointing, because it was priced at €30. When we told the server about the tournedos, she did not react and nothing was done about it. The fries, which someone else ordered, were really bitter of taste and dried out, which let us to believe they were old fries we got. When asked for the bill, the server later arrived with a desert menu. So we had to ask for the bill again. All in all our experience was far from good. The location and looks of the restaurant are great, but the food and service are terrible. I would not recommend anyone to visite this place, due to the lack of quality of the food and the service of the staff, especially for the prices they ask.

02/12/2024: We came in September. We slept well, good bedding and good soundproofing. However, I forgot my memory pillow at the reception, we returned after 30 minutes, and the pillow had disappeared, we never found it ...

02/07/2024: We stumbled across this restaurant by chance when we stopped overnight when cruising down Canal de Garonne. What amazing luck to find this little gem. Our food was superb and very generous portions. Cindy was the perfect host - efficient and also friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions for our stopover in Valence. Reasonable priced too. I highly recommend it

30/06/2024: Propriétaire très gentille et à l'écoute.. hotel très propre et chambre très spacieuse. Petit déjeuner bien copieux et place de parking à proximité. Hôtel à recommander.

10/08/2024: Dans un écrin atypique, un restaurant intimiste. Un accueil agréable. Des plats à tomber par terre. Nous nous sommes régalés dans un cadre très agréable. Un superbe moment.

21/08/2024: Bel endroit pour déjeuner en terrasse. Le repas tout à fait correct. Poisson bien cuit et pour ma part une côte de veau très peu cuite. OK pour du veau rosé mais là le coeur était cru. Néanmoins je n'est rien dit car cette viande était d'une tendreté exceptionnelle.

18/08/2024: terrasse très ombragée repas excellent le menu surprise est à tester pour le prix c'était au top. Service très agréable le seul petit reproche lorsqu'il fait 35 degrés a l ombre et que l on commande un verre de vin blanc pour l entrée on ne le sert pas 30 minutes avant l 'arrivée du plat?

10/09/2024: Excellent evening, with very good friends in a very good restaurant which unfortunately I believe will close its doors permanently at the end of the month. It's a shame to see an adventure like this end, because everything was great: As a starter, after the appetizers, half-cooked duck liver, onion jam and beetroot sorbet, followed by excellent lamb from the Ladevèze family and to finish a plate of 4 very well chosen cheeses, all washed down with 'a little natural wine.... So go there before it closes, you won't regret it! And good luck to Cyril Simon the “conductor” in his next adventures.

30/08/2024: Une belle découverte dans un village typique. Les mets proposés sont simples mais raffinés et très bien présentés. Nous avons apprécié de déjeuner sous un arbre en étant servies avec le sourire !
