22/02/2026: My partner and I had lunch at this restaurant on Saturday. The decor was lovely, and the staff were welcoming, smiling, and attentive. The waiter was particularly pleasant. The pizza was perfect, and for my main course, I ordered the meat of the day with morel and Vin Jaune sauce—a pleasant surprise given the generous portion! The meat was also very good, and as for dessert, unable to decide, I opted for the four-dessert platter—a real treat!

The menu features dishes made with local products (Doubs, Jura, etc.). The portions are generous, hearty, and incredibly delicious! But if you're still hungry, the desserts will delight you with their amazing homemade tarts! In short: quality cuisine offering excellent value for money. 12/03/2026: Passing through on a Saturday evening with part of the team after a hockey game in Belfort, we had a reservation at La Paillotte Comtoise. They were very accommodating, as we arrived in larger numbers than expected, and they did everything they could to find a solution, including moving tables, etc. The menu is short, with a few dishes, and there's something for everyone. Everyone was delighted with the dinner, as well as the service. A very enjoyable time spent at this restaurant. P.S.: And they even had Patrimonio wine! Thank you and see you soon!
