06/03/2024: Burnt tempura, all 16 of them, it’s really shameful, and inedible!!! I asked for savory sauces and only received sweet sauces... a real lack of respect with 0 customer service

05/04/2024: I obviously do not recommend this restaurant which has no positive points other than being better placed than Buffalo just behind which is excellent and in every point for a cheaper price! My experience in March 24: For the meal. Norman mold. Camembert not melted, no seedy fried cider and very little quantity. Mold a large empty portion, raw tuna plate. no sanitation cooked salads 4 small portion of tuna 3 of pomelos €20 per plate 💪 Home. Too familiar by a waitress who said hello to us at the same time as talking to the cook and made us understand to wait 2 minutes because she was overwhelmed... Service. In slippers that were too big apparently the whole service was really unbearable for me. It's been a few years since we set foot in this chain for already a declining quality of cuisine and well I think it will still be many years before we go back, clearly buy mussels from your fishmonger 8 minutes of cooking with homemade fries. For those who have never eaten it, going to a restaurant could vaccinate them for life! Big shame for the chain if there were good fresh mussels, fresh fries and someone who knows the recipe could have been great, they are the only ones on the market on this scale. Cut with water the sauce etc... Very bad idea you missed the objective.

11/05/2024: 2nd stay this time under Atrium and not Hyatt… same difficulties encountered… Dance event and they still do not face the organizational problems that such a convention requires. Waiting more than 1:45 at the table before having our dishes.. served cold (hotel's excuse we are too big a table) outrageous prices! A frozen 4 cheese pizza for 22 euros... dilapidated rooms with mold on the toilet paper... no mini fridge in the rooms, electrical charging stations still not functional for a year... the only positive point remains the breakfast but the rest we can shave and start again…. Next year it's certain for the quality of the services of the atrium I prefer to take the ibis I at least know what to expect... No discussion possible with department managers which is not relevant. One piece of advice: don’t go there and keep your money elsewhere.

03/03/2024: This is no longer the restaurant I knew!!!! I loved this place but since the start of the pandemic, it has clearly declined in quality. The servers seem to have a lot of difficulty being efficient with a moderately full room. They move air. I had to ask for water 3 times and only got it at the end of the meal! The meat was overcooked, the salmon was dry and everything was cold, as if it had been forgotten in a corner during our long wait. In addition, my daughter's croque monsieur was literally soggy, it was falling apart as if it had been immersed in water. It was also cold! 03/02/2024 New visit. It's getting worse! 20 minutes to have the welcome salad. Then 30 minutes for the main course with cold fries. 10 minutes extra to have the sauce forgotten in the dish + another 20 minutes for the glass of wine also forgotten (requested twice) + another 10 minutes to have the vegetables STILL forgotten. 25 minutes for someone to come and ask us what we wanted for dessert + 20 minutes to bring it to us + 15 minutes to have a simple coffee. I stayed there for almost 3.5 hours. Many customers even left without paying. Difficult to manage with children!
