02/04/2026: Back at this restaurant after about ten years… and still just as good. The experience was exceptional, a true restaurant, with all that implies. A well-crafted menu, dishes that flowed seamlessly, each with its own unique touch and impeccable execution. A very pleasant surprise on the wine front as well, with a quality selection that perfectly complemented the meal. But the real highlight was the desserts: you immediately know they're their specialty. Precise execution, indulgence, balance… it's hard to imagine anything better. An establishment that has evolved while retaining its soul. I highly recommend it.

19/04/2026: A street behind the seafront, but well worth the detour. A real bar/restaurant serving French cuisine, with a short, fresh, and varied menu, generously shared by Fred and his wife. The welcome and service are perfect. The homemade rouille on Fridays is a must-try. It was so good we went back, and I hope we'll return. The Metz locals
