08/11/2025: We were greeted at 1:30 pm with a smile. We ordered andouillette sausage served with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were cold and the sauce was poorly emulsified, resulting in bland dishes in some areas and an overpowering mustard flavor in others!
The waitress was pleasant and efficient! If you ignore the fact that she repeatedly petted a customer's dog and continued serving without washing her hands!
We will not be repeating this experience.

30/11/2024: Traditional cuisine with quality products and a few South East Asian-inspired dishes for traveling as well. A perfect welcome and atmosphere.
23/11/2024: I took care to book for 8 p.m. and indicated that we would be 15 minutes late. I was told very unpleasantly “not after”. Result: an almost empty room all evening, on a Friday evening (only 3 tables occupied).
Normal for customers to desert: the beef cheek dish was poor (very little on the plate for a very salty bill!). The dessert was a failure.
We could forgive the unpleasant welcome (they think they're Parisians 😂) when the food was good and generous.
This is no longer the case!

18/11/2025: We came for dinner with colleagues and received a very warm welcome. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Fresh, 100% homemade ingredients. Reasonable prices. We will definitely return!

16/09/2024: Friendly restaurant/pizzeria. Good, attentive welcome. The calzone pizza is good and well garnished. Perfectly cooked pork tomahawk. Excellent lavender pana cotta.

26/09/2024: Este lugar tiene el personal más rudo que he encontrado en un restaurante. Estarías loco por comer aquí. Nos insultaron porque pedimos ordenar un desierto. Terrible

03/07/2025: The tour of Sylla's vineyards and winery was excellent. Two people who know and love their craft gave us a detailed insight into their work and the facilities. At the end, we were able to taste the cooperative's anniversary wines.

The bathroom is a little narrow, but it's an old building right in the center, and the layout is optimized.
30/06/2025: I'm delighted to return to this small hotel, ideally located in the historic heart of Apt. A blend of rustic and modern style, you'll be very well received. A small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave is available.
Breakfast may seem basic, but it's all you need, and the bread and pastries arrive directly from the bakery while you're settling in.
No dedicated parking, but honestly, if I had to walk 400 meters once...
Definitely my go-to place in Apt.

03/10/2024: Very nice little restaurant. We were lucky to get a table as we didn't have a reservation. A little harder to find, but worth looking for.
28/09/2024: Came to this restaurant seeing the good Google comments. We were really disappointed. The dishes are served extremely quickly which already indicates their quality and "homemade" ... in the end not very surprised, very expensive for the little quality that we were served. We took penne pistou tomato burrata, we were expecting fresh pasta but we had a dish which seemed to be a composition of leftovers from the fridge with 3 minute panzani bathed in oil, all served cold (which is not normal contrary to what the waitress and the cook say). The latter are friendly at first but loudly criticize the customers as soon as they leave the dining room. In short, in conclusion I do not recommend it at all, and if I had seen before the way in which the staff responds to customers on TripAdvisor I would not have come.

Endroit à éviter pour l'accueil et l'organisation. Dommage, la cuisine n'est pas mauvaise.
02/09/2024: Warm welcome. Quality local products. Hearty. The boss comes to see the customers and talks with them.
Very friendly restaurant. Reasonable price. To be done again with great pleasure. We advise.

Se restaurant appeler “Le flamand Rose” est une adresse que je conseille si vous souhaitez manger à Apt !

28/12/2023: Quality restaurant! Quality welcome too! From the starter to the main course and dessert, really very good, the dishes are explained, you can feel the passion for the profession!! It's worth the detour !
07/11/2023: Very bad trip!
Dilapidated room with broken shutters which did not close and slammed in the wind, no cleaning, no passage, a stay with only one very biodegradable paper cup, no one at the reception, and the pompom was to find yourself at the street one night (a bug in the door opening code)!
