I would say yes.
The service was a little long due to a lack of staff but the food is simply excellent, refined from A to Z.
The harmony of each dish is unique and each bite is different.
Go there with your eyes closed!

We had a good, peaceful time.
20/03/2024: Average food. Desserts not good. Certainly stayed cool for several days. In Challans I do not recommend this restaurant. There are much better and cheaper ones.

26/11/2023: When we are bad at service we abstain... the "boss" has nothing to do about it, no smile, lousy welcome, feeling of being too much if you hang around a little, I can't stand people who clear your throat to make you understand--> screw it, a total waste even though the setting and the cuisine are good (a little expensive of course)

Super friendly on the phone. English and German are also spoken.
Extremely beautifully located.
The room is very cozy with a bay window seating area where you can end the evening with a bottle of wine.
Unfortunately there is no dinner on Sundays. You can also have pizza delivered to the castle or, like us, drive 6 km to the next town of Challans to the Vietnamese all-you-can eat restaurant.
The breakfast is lovingly prepared in a great atmosphere and gluten-free is possible.
Boiled eggs and cold cuts are also available upon request.
Very nice stay. We would love to come back!
18/02/2024: We contacted the number of the reservation site and we were more than poorly received because it was a wonderbox that we received as a gift and that we wanted to use for this place. This apparently didn't please the person who responded. In short, we are already very disappointed with the reception by telephone.

At the CBO terminals you have to choose your contents, meat, fish. I had fish, at this time it goes easily. A small downside, the bottom is very hot, the top is almost lukewarm. But the staff are so nice. Thank you, sincerely.
