22/08/2024: Very good atmosphere, very nice boss, however each dish lacked a little salt. Small downside also for the green beans which disappointed me a little. It's a bit of a shame because apart from that I would have given it 5★. Well done though, I hope to be able to raise the score the next time I come. You see in the attached photo the snails and the veal kidney in port sauce with green beans.

15/07/2024: Really not great restaurant, very very simple cuisine lacking in taste, frozen fries and canned spinach, disappointed to pay for a cuisine that you can very easily reproduce at home, fresh fruit salad served in a dirty water glass and the fruits bathed in an ultra-sweet juice... the waitress doesn't seem happy to be there either. I won't come back and I don't recommend...

22/09/2024: This is the second time I have come to this establishment. The food is plentiful and very good. I was more bothered by the performance of our waitress: after a vague hello, she walked towards a table without saying anything, placed four menus on it and left. We figured it was for us, so we settled in. Throughout the meal, she served in a neutral manner, neither friendly nor particularly unfriendly. At dessert time, without saying anything (suggestions: “Did it go well? Would you like dessert?”) she places the 4 menus in front of my friend then leaves. The latter distributed it to us. Lunch ends without any further frills. We then prepare to pay separately. I start to tell her what I ordered, that's when she literally rolls her eyes at me and says with an extremely drunk look "ah okay so let's divide it like this...". My friend then suggested that we separate the note to avoid going into detail. At the time, the waitress's reaction made me feel stupid, I felt like I had done something wrong (to deserve such an attitude from her), I felt frankly uncomfortable. So we split (it was okay that we had ordered roughly equivalent dishes but I hope the waitress won't be as lazy when it comes to splitting the bill between someone who took a bowl green salad and the other a lobster mayonnaise). Having worked in sales, I can understand that it is painful to do this, but in no way does it justify speaking badly to customers in this way. I won't come back if this person has to take care of us again, I don't want to be demeaned like that. Obviously no thank you or goodbye at the end. (On the other hand, once again, NOTHING TO SAY about the dishes and desserts which were excellent, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and pleasant.)

22/09/2024: Very disappointed...the prices have increased greatly for the quality of the product. The waitress with a beige clip in her hair was so rude! She didn't say a word to us even when taking the order! And hello was complicated too! The wait was very long. 25 minutes of waiting for a coffee never seen before. A gourmet coffee for €8 for frozen desserts. The crepes are good though. We are not going back there. We are very disappointed! And it’s very expensive for not much! 05/09/2024: The website is not up to date, for me it's zero points, no respect for the customer. Mrs. Vibert, hello, I understand that running a restaurant requires rigorous organization, and I respect your staff's need to rest. However, as a customer, it's frustrating to rely on incorrect information available online, leading to a poor experience before you even walk through the door of your establishment. I also understand that you cannot currently update your website. That said, proactive and clear communication, particularly on your social networks or via automated messages to inform of your new schedules, could avoid these inconveniences in the future. My intention is not to "drown" your comment platforms, but simply to express my disappointment in a lack of visibility on current information. Good communication with your customers is essential to avoid this type of misunderstanding and maintain a relationship of trust. I wish you good luck for the future and hope that this feedback can be useful in improving customer satisfaction. Sincerely,

01/09/2024: Certes mon titre est violent mais à la hauteur du vécu. Dimanche 1er septembre, jour de la St Fiacre (fête emblématique de Sens) Tous les restaurants sont fermés ou en liquidation. Reste la Pizzeria de la cathédrale (voir mon avis sur ce restaurant mais surtout son patron) et L'Ecu. La punition car pas le choix. Donc on se dit ça a peut-être changé, car mes 2 dernières expériences ont été catastrophiques et il y a longtemps. Il y a bien eu X changt de propriétaire, donc petit espoir. Hélas NON ! C'est la même daube. D entrée "la patronne " annonce le tempo. Je suis seule, je fais la cuisine, le service, la plonge, le bar ...il y aura de l attente. OK OK...pas le choix Une sourie d agneau 24 eur , sans goût, sans saveur, sans sauce ! Alors que c'est un pur produit industriel. Des frites élastiques froides ....une tarte citron humide, made in Pasquier. 2 repas avec de l eau 84 € BREF les 4 tablées ont eu les mêmes réactions de franchement catastrophique pour un restaurant qui se la joue "classe" Quelle punition ! PS pour le sel allez au carrefour d à côté car sur 6 tables zéro sel dans le moulin. Et l hygiène des toilettes ou de la salle ...no comment
