01/06/2024: I highly recommend, we went to this restaurant at the beginning of October, there were still people there, for the end of the season. The food is very good, I recommend the octopus risotto, you will have a surprise when the plate arrives (I didn't expect to have the whole octopus), a surprise when tasting it.
The desserts are also very good, try the peanut one, a marvel.
Thanks to the cooks and the service. Perfect.

7 months later, we took advantage of our time in the region to come back for dinner. It's still good, and I'm taking this opportunity to add 2 photos.
Perfect.
27/05/2024: Great atmosphere, delicious food and the service was very friendly. I highly recommend it. They were also very friendly to our children. Took extra time for her and let her pet a lobster. The dogs were also allowed in and were given something to drink straight away, as if it were a given.

L'Ostrea La Criée can only be recommended and highly recommended: numerous seafood platters, for all tastes and budgets, an "all you can eat" service that I was not able to try, from wine to glass, very fresh and finely processed products. And good value for money. This is a change from all the "restaurants" on the Toulon harbor front, many of which are tourist traps. You can't come here by chance. I will come back again and again!

Un hôtel et restaurant charmants. Une très jolie terrasse et un repas très agréable
11/05/2024: Prestation pas du tout au niveau du prix, le cadre est agréable mais le service est devenu très moyen.
Réservation par internet, en arrivant, on nous apprend que la réservation avait été annulée, sans nous prévenir.
Restaurant complet, mais aucune motivation pour nous accueillir correctement. Installé au comptoir, le dîner fut servi moyennement, et les plats sont chers au regard de la qualité de la cuisine ainsi que des quantités.
Nous n'y retournerons plus.

05/06/2024: Overcooked and floury squid fritter, very disappointing aioli: overcooked fish, green vegetables too al dente and undercooked potato. Thawed and/or industrial lemon tart.

28/05/2024: We come to eat mussels and fries several times a year. Although we live in the region we only eat them at Moule Joyeuse 😉 today we decided to force ourselves to taste another dish and we enjoyed ourselves as usual. Top team! Super nice boss, magnificent setting.

Calamari to start - these were the frozen ring type version which you get in the supermarket for 5 euros a bag - not expecting this for 15 euros !!
Mussel main were overcooked , chewy and crazy small !!! How can a mussel restaurant serve such bad mussels to customers???
Anyway , one to avoid for sure - lots of other nice restaurants in the area

27/12/2023: IN THE TOP . GO FOR IT!!! TOO HANDSOME . I don't understand why so many people are posting negative reviews.
The waiters and the owners are very nice but only in the middle of a rush is this normal.
And for the employees eating from the bowls, they only help themselves from them.
I recommend 100%
