04/04/2024: A must for us, unfortunately no reservations but it’s a restaurant that is worth it and worth the wait! First evening pizzas and desserts: super good pizza dough, generous toppings. The pies are killer! Top-notch homemade dough. Second evening roast chicken for Monsieur: a nice piece (1/2 chicken) and generous beef steak for me. Homemade Roquefort sauce extra, we no longer had room for the tarts to our great despair 🙃! More than reasonable price considering the quality and quantity. Responsive and lovely service!

02/04/2024: Excellent address for its quality local products. Excellent beef steak, gardian, salads, Roquefort sauce. Fine wine. Very good value for money! Good quantities. Only downside: the welcome and the cold service. Not accommodating or close to customers despite our loyalty. The answer will be: “we have been around for over 40 years”. But precisely, modesty and kindness would make this restaurant perfect and well deserving of a 5-star review.

02/04/2024: In terms of cuisine, and price quality it is not there according to my experience, I had been hugely sold the Nîmes reputation of this restaurant, but personally I do not feel satisfaction, one problems of this type of restaurant like many in the city center, they want to make a lot of money so the tables are extremely tight, no privacy you have the impression of eating with the neighbors, two salads for €39.00 I find that very excessive, a lot of arugula, therefore very very bitter, 2 mini pieces of mozzarella and three slices of ham sprinkled with 3 walnuts, honestly I find that a little shameful, it's a shame because the staff is super pleasant, the waiters smiling and a good atmosphere reigns there, but I am disappointed with my plate. Damage :/

27/03/2024: Passing through Nîmes, and we found a great restaurant, the decoration is very nice and their pizza... how can I say a real delight!

29/02/2024: We had lunch there this afternoon, nice restaurant, the octopus was super good, very nice atmosphere, the owner offered us two glasses of wine and the digestive!!! If that’s not commercial!!! Plus there was plenty of sunshine at the water’s edge!! A delight to repeat without fail )))))

18/02/2024: simple, nice atmosphere. Very good cuisine. It's friendly, not stuffy. Frankly, I recommend it and yet I'm picky. And then the boss offered us coffee... Pitcher of rosé, a little expensive though.

23/03/2024: Excellent discovery! During a weekend in the city we found this restaurant which inspired us randomly during our walk and we were totally won over! Adorable welcome, a very warm and pleasant place, and as far as the cuisine is concerned, a real treat! Finesse, balance of quantities and flavors, everything is very well adjusted, sincerely a total taste satisfaction! We are delighted with this experience and will definitely come back! 06/04/2024: The dj doesn't let us dance and enjoy ourselves. It cuts the music every 10 seconds! And goes from one style to another which have nothing to do with each other! Too bad... because everything else is top notch! It will be without me and many friends. Why do you always keep the same DJ? Spin them! It's not just him in this environment...

03/04/2024: Family meal for Easter with a more than adequate menu. The atmosphere is warm and friendly.

31/03/2024: The waiter warns us 3 times to arrive before 12:10 p.m. when booking otherwise he gives our tables, arriving at 11:50 a.m. the starter is only served at 1:10 p.m. and the main course at 2:20 p.m., none of the cooking respects the rare steaks served well cooked, duck breasts worthy of a shoe sole and mistakes in the sauces for the breasts, we would have been better off arriving after 12:10 p.m.

03/04/2024: Beautiful evening and surprised that Le Dauphin wasn't fully booked. Overall successful: delicious food, service attentive but reserved, professional. We felt very welcome as guests. Small menu, perfect price-performance ratio. Any time!
