03/08/2024: We were at the hotel nearby, and frankly what a great discovery! A super pleasant cozy setting, a very friendly and welcoming team, very good advice in case of hesitation or for wine! The price is a little high, but rightly so because the products are excellent and the dishes cooked with excellence! We will definitely come back, especially since, which may be useful, we had with us our little dog who was accepted with enthusiasm!!
25/07/2024: The butternut soup was bland and uninteresting. The vegetable plate: vegetables cooked in flavorless oil, no spices, no aromatics, just a few vegetables (the tomato coulis was good) and a glass of the same velouté as the starter. It would be good to review your vegetarian dishes, the taste, the flavor were desperately absent, except for the coulis. Too bad, the welcome was perfect! And for the decor, if you are anti-bullfighting (like me), move on

The real cherry 🍒 on top is the dynamic young man who served us, making the experience spontaneous yet luxurious, unstrained and very welcoming. We appreciate you!
20/07/2024: Great place located in the indoor fresh market in Nimes. There are about half a dozen options for starters as well as mains, and also some desserts. We had steak tartare, veal, rosated padron peppers, iberico ham (yummie) and the house burger. All very, very well cooked, served with a smile and professional expert info when required. Nice wine list, with a handful of wines by the glass.

08/09/2024: Nice hotel even if a little retro. Large and comfortable room.
Excellent welcome and convenient parking right in front of the hotel. Unfortunately there is no lift to reach the room on the first floor.

Hard croutons, pieces of chicken yellowed and hard on top, the salad roughly cut, full of yellow spots so it had been cut for a long time.
I wonder how long she had been in their fridge waiting for a “pigeon” customer.
Not having paid for it doesn't make up for this horror.
The employees are professional and friendly but that doesn't change the fact that I absolutely do not recommend.

17/08/2024: J’ai découvert ce restaurant avec des amis et nous avons été agréablement surpris. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et la décoration soignée, ce qui rend le cadre très agréable. Les plats sont bien préparés, avec des saveurs qui se marient parfaitement. Le service est rapide et le personnel est aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour les desserts, qui sont tout simplement divins. Une adresse que je recommande à tous ceux qui aiment la bonne cuisine dans un cadre décontracté.
