08/04/2026: We were able to visit twice during our stay, the second time with our dogs. The server was helpful and very pleasant. They had about ten beers on tap and many more to take away. A great spot for beer lovers.
06/03/2026: It's a bar that the people of Nîmes love. A wide selection of bottled and draft beers, you can have a snack there, and a mezzanine terrace provides coolness in the summer.

28/03/2026: A lovely dinner with my sweetheart at this charming little restaurant. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the salmon, which was simply perfect.
We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Nîmes.

Columbus has since taken over very well; the place is clean, the atmosphere is great, the homemade sandwiches, salads, cakes, and drinks are excellent, and above all, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

29/04/2026: I visited this place on April 29th during a very busy period. I am ashamed of the appalling behavior of some customers. There was indeed a wait (understandable given the crowd). Impatient customers pushed their way to the register to vent their anger at the poor, overwhelmed employees. Such rudeness did not leave me indifferent, and I wanted to acknowledge the courage, kindness, and patience shown by the staff. I will gladly return, wait or no wait.
