21/02/2026: Fantastic welcome, a lovely time on the terrace and above all, the best matcha in Nîmes!!!

19/02/2026: Upon arrival, the waitress was alone in the establishment. I asked her if she made crêpes, and she replied, "Yes." We ordered two crêpes. After placing our order, I headed towards the restroom, and as I passed, I noticed the waitress taking two pre-made crêpes out of a pile hidden under a napkin. The two crêpes, warmed up (in the microwave or on a griddle, I don't know), were served to us. Unsurprisingly, the batter was dry, making for a very enjoyable snack. €5 for a simple crêpe, pre-made and simply reheated—not great. A real shame for this establishment, which is well-known to the people of Nîmes.

30/10/2025: My wife and I had a great time. The ribeye steak and fries were excellent. My wife's salmon was perfect, and the apple crumble was amazing! The portions were very generous. We should come back more often. Thank you both.

07/04/2026: A wonderful discovery at lunchtime today at Le Romarin restaurant. I enjoyed an excellent Caesar salad, made with fresh ingredients. The service was simply perfect: quick and attentive. I highly recommend it!

09/04/2026: Great food and service. We saw recommendations and tried this restaurant on the last night we were in Nîmes. It was worth it. We ordered confit duck meatball and guinea fowl with chestnuts and sweet potatoes. Both were delicious.

06/04/2026: Very comfortable boutique hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. The room has all the needed comfort and the location is quiet at night. The hotel restaurant was good too. Breakfast was served and more than enough for a good start to the day. The location is perfect for access by foot to most interesting spots in town (of which there are many).

30/03/2026: While in Nîmes on a business trip, we walked into this restaurant on the recommendation of the hotel receptionist, and it was a wonderful discovery: the food was excellent and the service (Matthieu) was very pleasant. I highly recommend it; we will be back.

21/04/2026: It wasn't very busy for lunch on a weekday, but we received a very warm welcome. The bobun and pho were generous and delicious, and the owner even gave my grandson's portion of fried rice free. Thank you for everything.

29/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! If you want to have a terrible time, eat cold food, get rudely dismissed by the staff, and wait two hours for two sandwiches, this is the perfect place for you! Never again in my life! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THE WORST BK IN THE WORLD! IT'S DISGUSTING. I would have posted a picture of my order, but I still haven't received it after 40 minutes. I recommend the McDonald's next door.

13/04/2026: We ate on the terrace during the traditional abrivado. The children were thrilled to watch the spectacle. We also enjoyed a brass band adding to the lively atmosphere. You can feel that it's a real community hub. The price is reasonable. The service is welcoming.

08/04/2026: We were able to visit twice during our stay, the second time with our dogs. The server was helpful and very pleasant. They had about ten beers on tap and many more to take away. A great spot for beer lovers.

06/03/2026: It's a bar that the people of Nîmes love. A wide selection of bottled and draft beers, you can have a snack there, and a mezzanine terrace provides coolness in the summer.

22/03/2026: A wine bar like you've always dreamed of. Over 80 wines by the glass at very reasonable prices, a passionate sommelier to help you choose, tapas ranging from simple to elaborate, and all delicious. Absolutely nothing to complain about, well done.

22/03/2026: On our first trip to Nîmes, we stumbled upon this exceptional wine bar! They have a generous tapas/charcuterie board menu, superb quality products, and affordable prices, not to mention the impressive list of wines by the glass, accompanied by excellent tasting advice from their sommelier. A special mention also goes to the entire team, who are incredibly friendly and always smiling! It would be wonderful to have more places like this in France; I highly recommend it!

16/04/2026: We ordered the €28.90 set menu. The first course, two spring rolls and two ravioli, was decent. However, when the scallops and shrimp with black mushrooms were served, the smell of stale fish emanated from the dish, followed by the taste. One forkful and it was over; the whole thing went in the bin. The waiter was kind enough to offer us complimentary drinks. But €28.90 for two spring rolls and two ravioli is expensive. So, a word of advice: avoid this restaurant.
