Every thoughtful touch, every detail contributed to making this meal a unique and unforgettable moment. Being lactose and gluten intolerant, I was a little apprehensive about the experience, but what a pleasant surprise! I enjoyed it just as much as my husband. My dishes were equally beautiful, refined, and delicious, and I was able to fully appreciate the tastes, flavors, and creativity of each dish, without ever feeling left out. The cuisine is as elegant as it is generous, and the chef's talent shines through in every plate. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this impeccable welcome, their kindness, and the passion that is evident from beginning to end. 08/03/2026: We had a fantastic time at Les Insolents. It's a small restaurant where you feel right at home. From the service to the wine selection and the food itself, everything is just right and, above all, absolutely delicious. There are always plenty of vegetarian options. Don't hesitate, come and try it!

30/12/2025: A bad experience in July with pasta (supermarket, undercooked and poorly seasoned: my pesto was mediocre, but above all, the tomato sauce was like something straight from a tube of paste and extremely acidic) 😱 We went back again this autumn: if we had to choose: the pizzas: always very well made with a delicious crust and a nice, generous topping, a real difference compared to other pizzerias.

20/02/2026: A truly wonderful evening at Midi à l’ombre! The interior is warm, cozy, and full of charm. The beef was incredibly tender, the duck breast perfectly cooked – simply a delight! Accompanied by the regional red wine Révélation, it was a harmonious culinary experience. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease. We will definitely be back.

07/12/2025: Clearly the best pizzeria in Uzès! The welcome is warm and we always feel very welcome! The pizzas are really generously topped, a bit pricey, but when you see the pizza you realize the price is more than justified. Highly recommended.

21/03/2026: A huge disappointment for the start of the season! When you can grab the salt from your neighbors' table just by reaching out and follow their entire conversation, it means the tables are way, way too close together. This completely ruined my meal, especially since my neighbors were also quite loud. Filling the space to maximize profits is one thing, but not at the expense of the customers! Add to that the small portions of soup and the salmon tart, which was practically cold and tasteless, and you have a bad experience for this first restaurant outing of the spring. I'll think twice before going back.

23/11/2025: I've never eaten such disgusting pasta in Sicily. "Al ragù" pasta with no meat, no sauce, just the cooking water, perfect for mixing, charged at €19. Truffle pasta, overcooked but perfectly crisp, €23! Small portion, different depending on the customer. Avoid at all costs!!!

15/11/2025: A must-try in Uzès 🫶. Everything is excellent, the dishes are beautiful and delicious, and the welcome is warm. We tried the Sicilian fondue, and we loved it!! I highly recommend it.
