09/03/2026: Unfortunately, our host wasn't in the mood today. A real shame, as our experience the previous week was very pleasant, this one was not. Yet, there weren't many of us braving the weather to reach the terrace of this cabin, which, fortunately, isn't alone in its domain.

16/02/2026: It had been a while since we'd dined at L'Escalumade, and we were surprised by a head chef who was extremely rude to his waitress, who, still learning the ropes, had just made a minor mistake. We, the customers, witnessed his disrespect. Beyond being incredibly unpleasant to the front-of-house staff, this gentleman risks driving customers away. We thank Micka and Célia, who took excellent care of us and ensured we had a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!

Une entrée froide, une entrée chaude, le trou normand accompagné d une boule de glace, plat copieux et pâtisserie venant de chez un MOF , le tout avec des accords mets - vins. Tout fait maison avec beaucoup d originalité notamment le profiterole landais avec de la chantilly de foie gras. Que de délices... Des serveurs efficaces et attentionnés .
