Ovviamente non bisogna fare i classici Italiani all'estero che ricercano la cucina di casa. I taglieri di antipasti corsi erano ottimi. Il pesce freschissimo e ben cucinato. Il conto direi giusto per cosa abbiamo mangiato e preso. Assolutamente consigliato

18/09/2024: Disappointing experience, the hotel is nothing like a 3 star. Despite a pleasant exterior appearance, a beautiful terrace and an ideal location, what a disappointment when arriving in the room... There are still some positive points: ideal location in Centuri, spacious and clean rooms, free parking. On the other hand, don't expect a well-decorated room as shown on the website. The decor is non-existent, the room has a renovated 70s look and has no soul. The paint is peeling off the walls, the French window doesn't close well and moves a lot in the wind, all accompanied by a very pleasant squeaking sound during the night. No thermal or sound insulation, the air passes through the front door and the French window, and you can hear everything that is happening outside and in the rooms next door. In short, a great disappointment because of a website that sells you dreams.

15/08/2024: Magnificent timeless moment in Centuri in the Hôtel du Vieux Moulin, full of stories. We had an excellent stay, the hotel is magnificent, the view sublime, the team takes great care. I recommend!

Do not hesitate to return the dish if the cooking is not respected because the server asks but then??? It's quite expensive for the quality! I do not recommend!

We passed by, as usual, and I was struck by the kindness of the owner who later turned out to be, in inviting us to try the restaurant. It wasn't the classic "throw in" so I gave in. We agreed: ordered a wine (which arrived immediately), an appetizer (sardines) to share, a tuna and an octopus to follow. Afterwards I have no idea how long (certainly more than half an hour seeing the phone calls we had made) I had the doubt of checking the reviews. To cry, but we were there now. I didn't want to give credence to what I read but to change my mind. No. The second courses arrive, we point out that the starter is missing. They bring the dishes back, after a while the sardines arrive: good. Cleared, the seconds arrive in no time. The octopus was still “frying” on this stone: I ate a piece. Hard. I eat the second one: hard. I'll have the owner call. All politely eh... his first sentence was "why didn't you call me..." my answer was "because I had already waited too long and I'm also hungry!" “ In short... he goes to the kitchen, comes back, tells me that it's not heated but that there's no cook to ask: so how can you tell me that it's not heated? I had left a piece that was hard! In short... to make a long story short... no discount. This shows little ability to know how to manage the customer and the inconveniences because very little was enough... but no. I paid €117.30 in silence but I will never return. We need to be smarter and not pretend nothing happened because the day will come when customers will read reviews before sitting down after a kindness.
