15/09/2026: Honestly, a frozen pizza would have been better. The crust was both white and hard, the toppings were tasteless and poor quality, and it was only about 20cm instead of the usual 30cm for €17.50. I don't know if the owner has changed since the last reviews, but I definitely do not recommend it.

16/07/2026: Fabulous italian food 😋. The tapas were fabulous with little pizza bites as the bread. Really inexpensive in the heart of Toulouse near the University. Less than €20pp. Delighted that the water was free and plenty of it on a warm night!!

29/08/2026: A very warm welcome with smiles and good cheer, even though it was incredibly busy! 🔥 🔥 For the first time in ages, I thoroughly enjoyed the generous "forestière" pizza. Excellent value for money with great service. Go try these pizzas and you'll be back!

02/08/2026: Great service, good-sized and well-cooked pizza. €14 for a four-cheese pizza without meat from a food truck seems a bit expensive; the pizza was good, but nothing special, and the tomato sauce was very basic.

29/07/2026: A somewhat unusual place, where, due to the pool, you can find yourself dining next to people in swimsuits. Very good food, both fish and meat, as well as the appetizers. Prices are a bit high for the quantity, but I think you pay for the quality of the food. Beer prices are also quite high, but even then I had a draft white beer, which was really good. The desserts were very good. Service was quick but not always particularly friendly (of the two waiters who served us, one was very kind, the other less so). Almost all of the dishes I tried are described in the videos I've attached to this review.

21/04/2026: Excellent! Great tapas bar. Very, very good. Everything is delicious and well-prepared. The (white) Sangria is excellent. Everything is homemade. The service is top-notch. Thank you again for your warm welcome, your friendliness, and your sense of humor. Everything here is fantastic. Don't change a thing! Oh, I almost forgot, very, very good value for money. Often in this type of bar, you order loads of tapas and it costs an arm and a leg... Not here! The portions are generous, very tasty, and reasonably priced... It's great! Thank you very much.

19/04/2026: The food was good, but the service was overwhelmed by the crowds. The atmosphere is really thanks to the street-side terrace.

05/09/2026: We had a wonderful time. The imperial soup was spicy and delicious! The desserts were also served warm and were very pleasant to eat. I recommend the cocktail of the day (made with lychee) that they let us try. In short, we had a great time.

21/08/2026: We booked on a whim and... what a discovery! Flawless from start to finish, which is quite rare! Thank you to the waitress for her energy and helpful advice! Thank you to the chef for her creativity and skillful use of ingredients! It's cuisine, good humor, and delicacy like this that deserve recognition! And all this at a fair price, unpretentious and with genuine warmth. So thank you :) We eagerly await our next visit to Toulouse.

26/03/2026: Sniff... Last meal at Balthazar before it closes. Excellent cuisine with exceptional ingredients. Accompanied by very good wines and a very welcoming team. Bravo! And farewell...

25/03/2026: This place is incredible! It was the Guru guide that led me here by chance. My wife and I are indeed fond of delicious parfaits and other delicacies in a stunning setting, all at reasonable prices. If you then (like here) finish your meal with a huge coffee, then it's pure bliss. The mustachioed chef is also in the dining room, which is quite unusual! The dishes are delicious and generous, even if they are rather vegetarian-oriented, but that doesn't matter, we love it! The red wine was a little sparkling, but a real treat after decanting for an hour. It was my first time and certainly not my last. I wish them a long life; it seems this establishment is just starting out, but it's already very promising. What is Michelin doing?!

06/09/2026: A great vegan option with good food at very reasonable prices considering the neighborhood. The manager is also very kind and welcoming.

07/09/2026: Excellent Lebanese ice cream parlor. The staff is very welcoming and explains the different options very well. The portions are very generous, but quite heavy. Here, the small size of their specialty is €9.

16/08/2026: Really lovely restaurant had a great meal from the menu du jour. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable about their extensive wine list and are attentive and priced accordingly. The avocado toast started was delicious as was the chilled sour, and the main courses of sea bass was perfect cooked as was my steak. Fantastic value for money. Really appreciated being able to practice my French without the lovely waitress reverting to English even though she had worked in the uk, and it was due to her kindness and welcome as we walked around that we decided to eat there instead of one recommended by our friends!

18/09/2026: Excellent experience! The person who served us was incredibly kind and welcoming, and you could tell that everything was prepared with care. The coffee was excellent and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, made with fresh, high quality ingredients. One of those lovely little places you’re really happy to discover while travelling. Definitely worth a visit!

17/09/2026: A truly delightful specialty coffee shop, with a warm welcome and a super friendly team! The products are excellent, with a few vegetarian and vegan options. The place is really cozy, with the added bonus of the basement room which offers a quieter space. And a special mention for the speculoos latte, absolutely delicious!

01/07/2026: A truly beautiful collection with an excellent guide offering detailed and insightful explanations that allow us to better appreciate the works and place them in context. A wonderful journey through artistic movements. I highly recommend it, especially the guided tour.
