23/03/2026: Retirement reception, 40 guests. We met with the caterer beforehand, which allowed him to ask all the necessary questions about my requirements (service, cold buffet, but also the logistical aspects: timing, room layout, etc.). We received nothing but praise from our guests: quality of the food, originality, service, friendliness, efficiency, etc. The caterer was able to adapt at the last minute to a slight delay due to speeches and managed the service so that everyone could have lunch on time, without rushing anyone. A top-notch professional!

05/02/2026: We hired Artisan Traiteur Toulouse for a convention. They provided catering for a lunchtime cocktail reception. The experience was fantastic! The canapés were high-quality, delicate, and absolutely delicious. The feedback from our guests was unanimous! The best part was arriving well in advance to set everything up smoothly and without causing any disruption (and then cleaning up afterwards), and providing service throughout the entire lunch break. I highly recommend them!

28/05/2026: A Toulouse institution not to be missed! Passing by "Chez Carmen" (as the superb menu in image.png reminds us), I had a wonderful time on the terrace. It's the very essence of a traditional, friendly, and unpretentious restaurant. The meal was flawless from start to finish: For starters: Delicious deviled eggs, perfectly presented on a bed of salad. For the main course: A magnificent piece of tender meat, generously topped with caramelized onions, accompanied by crispy homemade fries. A treat for lovers of good, rustic fare! For dessert: A decadent floating island with caramel sauce and slivered almonds to finish on a sweet note. All this accompanied by a good glass of red wine and a very pleasant terrace atmosphere on sunny days. The service is efficient, and the "established in 1956" spirit is definitely present. I highly recommend it and will gladly return! Thank you to Olivier, thank you to my very professional and dedicated server, and thank you to the welcoming and smiling bartender who shines behind the bar. A truly wonderful team. Every visit is a real delight. Don't hesitate. The Toulouse setting is top-notch.

14/05/2026: I very rarely leave reviews, but this time I can't ignore the experience we had. We hadn't heard of this restaurant until the night before last. Since it's close to home, we thought it might be a good place to add to our list. We had booked for a group of 12 for my birthday. We arrived 15-20 minutes late, for which I apologized, and I apologize again. We don't know if it was related to the delay, but we waited over 40 minutes before our orders were taken (including appetizers and the meal). Throughout the service, the staff wasn't particularly pleasant. The final straw was when a friend asked the waiter for a candle so I could blow out my birthday candles. He irritably replied that she should have asked in advance. Fair enough, we simply didn't realize it required special arrangements. My friend even offered to pay extra, to which he replied that he hadn't mentioned money. Finally, they agreed and asked who to bring dessert to. My friend said, "The person in the polka dot top." The waiter replied, "Ah, the girl with the low-cut top," while looking at me intently. Even though I didn't witness the scene directly, I find this remark completely inappropriate towards a customer, especially when said aloud. As for the food: it was good, but nothing exceptional considering the prices. When it came time to pay, the person who took our money seemed annoyed at having to split the bill. Honestly, it was my first experience at this establishment, and it will also be my last. For anyone reading this review, I can recommend another restaurant located just a few meters away: La Braisière, where we have always received a very warm welcome and where the quality is consistently excellent.
