30/11/2024: The Oko café was our great local discovery of the month! I have rarely tasted such delicious, homemade pastries. When you smell the ingredients so strongly before even taking a bite, you know you are on good products!! Rest assured that we will come back punctually, the Oko café is now on our map of great places in Rennes. We wish you the best for the future, looking forward to coming back (probably to come and try the lunch menu). ♥

23/11/2024: I came to try the yuzu with matcha, it was absolutely delicious. The matcha was a nice green color, didn't stay too much on the tongue, and had a vegetal taste but not unpleasant. I will come back, great experience 🍵💚

18/03/2026: Bad experience! The couscous was clearly lacking in flavor, and my wife ordered a tagine that needed more sauce. Finally, the owner/waiter wasn't very pleasant.

05/02/2026: I was in search of cassoulet in Toulouse. It is one of the famous French dishes from this area. Found Aligot when doing an online search. It is on a busy stretch in the Capitole district filled with restaurants and shops. The restaurant is small and intimate. And there is only a handful of menu items including the restaurant’s namesake item. Aligot is a cheesy mashed potatoes dish. Usually French food has a reputation for being expensive, but I found the pricing to be affordable. Tried the cassoulet here with a glass of red wine and it did not disappoint. Service was also friendly. I will say that you must like the menu to dine here given the limited offerings.

05/01/2026: A lover of aligot since childhood and currently training to be a cheesemonger, I don't think I've ever eaten such good aligot. My parents tried the cassoulet, and it's excellent too. The partnership with the pastry shop for desserts is also a superb idea ;) A big thank you to the team :) And for those of you looking for a good restaurant: this is an address to discover without delay!

16/12/2025: Upon arrival, we received a cold welcome and felt like we were intruding. I had come to this restaurant for coffee with a client I'm supporting through a bereavement. We needed a quiet, comfortable place to talk peacefully. The tables inside were set for dinner service, and we were asked to sit on the terrace, despite the cold. After a few minutes, we had to go inside because the temperature was truly uncomfortable. I then politely asked if it would be possible to sit at one of the 30 available tables inside, explaining that my client was suffering from arm pain and that the cold was exacerbating her discomfort. This request was refused, without any real consideration for the situation. Given that we were offered seats at the bar, where my client indeed tried, somewhat uncomfortably, to sit on a high stool, and where we would have had no privacy to talk since we would have been seated between two people and in front of the woman preparing the deviled eggs! We could have sat at a table and left without any problem as soon as other customers needed to eat… A little understanding and consideration would have made all the difference! We had to leave and continue our meeting elsewhere.

12/02/2026: Despite the manager's friendliness and the good food, I had a terrible experience. The waitress spilled my pint of beer on me, barely apologizing, and no one offered to clean it up. My clothes and bag are soaked, as is the laptop that was in my bag. I understand it's a bistro atmosphere and everyone is in a hurry, but that doesn't excuse treating customers so rudely. I deeply regret having lunch there and I won't be returning.

10/03/2026: Fantastic experience at this Latin American restaurant! The dishes were absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into each plate. The service was excellent: the team is welcoming, attentive, and very professional. You immediately feel at ease. The ambiance is also a real plus, immersing you in Latin American culture and making the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time and discover authentic, homemade Latin American cuisine!

17/02/2026: A slight disappointment... We had the provoleta as a starter, and it was delicious. But for our main course, we ordered the vegetarian tacos al pastor. They were inedible... The soy sauce was far too salty; it tasted like the entire salt bottle had been dumped into the dish... Perhaps we just had bad luck; this restaurant seemed promising. However, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant. The waiter and the cook were very welcoming and friendly!

14/02/2026: We used to love eating here, but the staff seems to have changed, and tonight's server was quite unprofessional. He was very rushed in taking our order and serving us, spoke rudely to a homeless man who came to ask for food in front of all the other customers, got our order wrong, assured us he hadn't made a mistake when we tried to point it out and send the dish back, and then admitted his error at the time of payment when I mentioned my food intolerance, without offering any compensation. The rest of the team is really lovely; it's a shame the atmosphere is so negative. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I think it's important to prioritize the customer experience, even during busy periods, and especially when you make a mistake.

05/02/2026: We hired Artisan Traiteur Toulouse for a convention. They provided catering for a lunchtime cocktail reception. The experience was fantastic! The canapés were high-quality, delicate, and absolutely delicious. The feedback from our guests was unanimous! The best part was arriving well in advance to set everything up smoothly and without causing any disruption (and then cleaning up afterwards), and providing service throughout the entire lunch break. I highly recommend them!

The aperitif was perfectly set up, the organization impeccable, and we had absolutely no stress. Truly comfortable and professional service. We are beyond delighted and highly recommend them!
