27/08/2024: Planche mixte industrielle et fromages pasteurisés pour 19€. Dans une région si riche en producteurs de charcuteries et de fromages c’est vraiment honteux. Le service est plus que médiocre. Passez votre chemin.

16/08/2024: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TOURISTS. It's a horrible store. Customer service is very poor. They treat customers differently. If you are a tourist they take you for a fool. They don't serve you, they charge you without speaking to you because the shop assistants are playing with their cell phones all the time. On top of that, if you buy something and ask for change instantly, they no longer allow you to change it even if you haven't left the store. They are shameless. The shop assistants are rude, liars, unwilling to work and insult tourists. On top of that, they make fun of the language and the accent. The treatment is degrading. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Go to the one across the street (Au boeuf charolais), the service and prices are much better.

C'est devenu un restaurant (métro), vous commandez dans les 4 a 5 minutes, vous êtes servis, un blanc cassis, il es dans une bouteille tout prêt,
Les serveurs, les barmans, les cuisto sont tous sur leur portables, boivent leur boissons tranquille, fumé par la porte arrière, c'est plus une cantine de plats métro réchauffer qu'un restaurant centre ville d'Annecy. Attrape touristes !
Certes ils sont souriants, manquerais plus qu'ils fassent la tête !!
08/11/2024: Vi lander på et midterbedømmelse. Min hustru fik en pizza, der var rigtig god. Jeg bestilte Carbonara. Når vi har længere ophold i en by, tester jeg altid en af restaranterne for denne ret. Her var oplevelsen aldeles frygtelig. Konsistensen nærmede sig, men der var tale om en ret fuldstændig blottet for smag!! jeg prøvede med salt og peber - lige lidt hjalp det. Fadæsen skyldes nok især den skinke, man brugte i stedet for bacon. Den holdt slet ikke den kvalitet, man kunne forvente. Det er i øvrigt et hyggeligt sted, og betjeningen er OK!

And who knows why, but we were the only ones to have been served in cardboard boxes... The others had beautiful soup plates 🤔🤔...

15/09/2024: Entered without expectations because we just popped in for a quick breakfast before taking an early train and in my experience, places near train stations aren’t necessarily always good. But I really loved the pastries they sell here. They were fresh and crisp and tasty. The madeleine was perfect: fluffy inside, crispy outside, with a zing of lemon. The service was also friendly and the coffee not bad at all. Certainly recommended, it was better than some of the bakeries we tried in the city center.
04/09/2024: They were very racist. We ask for some croissants and they said they dont speak english. They didnt serve us even if we pointed the finger at what we want

25/09/2024: Came here on spec as we did not have a reservation. Service was very good indeed, they did not a nice table outside to start, table inside not great, but they said they would get us a nice table outside in a few minutes and were good to their word.
Food was very acceptable and exceptional value.

Les moules trop cuite, sûrement préparé en avance et les moules ont été laissé dans l eau car aucun iode.
AUCUN goût, !! Pourtant c est quand même pas compliqué de préparer des moules marinière !!
Frites congelées .
Les cuisses de grenouilles c étais pas le top non plus , l ail et le persil on été mixé au lieu d être haché au couteau.
On voit et ressent bien l amateurisme en cuisine

25/09/2024: A bar that seems nice at first approach but once inside we feel the tourist trap... an unconvincing choice of beer, we are served a drink and 5 minutes later the waiters ask us to drink in one go because they are closing the bar...
In short, there are nicer and more welcoming bars/restaurants in Annecy!
08/09/2024: Much too expensive for what it is... Tapas at inflated prices. Attempt at original mixtures but a little missed...

01/02/2024: Very good long coffee which perked me up for the rest of my day and put some sunshine back into my day!
At the same time, the waitress who served me showed unprecedented professionalism for someone like me with a lot of experience in the restaurant business! Hats off to the artist as they say!
