11/08/2026: I strongly advise against going there. I was initially quoted €18, but after insisting that this wasn't the correct price, it dropped to €15, then €12, and finally to €7.10. I find this completely unprofessional and, above all, very suspicious in terms of pricing. Be careful and always ask for the correct price before paying.
11/08/2026: Very disappointed. The staff said I had to order something to use the restroom, which I did, and after ordering, the staff informed me that there were no restrooms after all, what a coincidence!

19/09/2026: A scoop of ice cream at 4.50, which looks more like a teardrop of ice cream without any biscuit, two curls plus whipped cream at 10 euros, the Nutella crepe at 6.50. The prices are exorbitant for basic ice creams and crepes.
16/09/2026: I do not recommend this restaurant. The welcome is very poor from the moment you arrive. One of the waiters was unpleasant when I arrived, not even saying hello or good evening, only asking me to move. I advise you to review your customer service, ladies and gentlemen.

30/09/2026: AWFUL!!! Nothing's right! A tuna sandwich with bacon? Is that new? I wish I'd been told! So convenient for people with allergies!
€20 for a sandwich I didn't order!
18/09/2026: Disappointed by the direction this Subway has taken. As a long-time regular customer, I increasingly feel that the quality of the experience is no longer what it used to be.
Between the sometimes limited selection, the inconsistent service, and an overall rather disappointing experience considering the prices, it's becoming difficult to justify going back regularly.
It's a shame, because the concept is convenient and I used to enjoy this chain. But with each small disappointment, loyalty is eroding.
Personally, I'm now considering other options.

06/09/2026: The waiter was unfriendly and we were never served. Avoid at all costs.
24/08/2026: Contrary to reviews about the waitresses' friendliness, we found them very smiling and kind.
The prices are very reasonable.
However, the hygiene leaves much to be desired; I had a lipstick mark on the "clean" glass I was given. The interior and the kitchen also raise some concerns.
As for the food, it wasn't anything special, and the portions were small. The wait between courses was very long.

01/07/2026: A very warm welcome and excellent cuisine. The set menu (starter, main course, cheese, and dessert) was €30 per person, with generous portions and quick, efficient service. It started raining at the beginning of our meal, but we were quickly given shelter. I highly recommend this restaurant in a lovely area of Annecy.

17/09/2024: Accueil très décontracté. Très joli décor simple et sobre. Repas excellent (poulet sauce aux bolets, légumes, gratin dauphinois) servi copieusement. Café gourmand pour prolonger cet agréable moment. Merci nous reviendrons.
16/09/2024: Accueil froid de la part du patron.
Refus de service pour 4 personnes à cause d’un chien de taille moyenne qui nous accompagnait (Berger Australien).
La nourriture est peut être bonne mais nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de la goûter pour les raisons évoquer juste au dessus.
