04/09/2024: A little above the quality/price ratio. The waiter was nice, but strange, he told us about his life and made a funny but a little heavy joke. We still ate well there but nothing more.

We stopped in briefly for a quick ice cream a little over a week ago. The ice cream was delicious. However, as others have mentioned, the wait time could be improved. We had to track down our server for the bill so we could move on to our next stop, and it took a while to place our order as well. Aside from that, the location is great and the place is clean. We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere.

15/08/2024: Nice location but way too expensive for the quality. We see that we are in Chamonix. Despite everything, you can eat much better elsewhere for the same price, or even cheaper.

31/03/2024: Awful experience. Staff are rude, demanding you squeeze in and dump clothing, helmets on the floor. Food tastes of soap. Chips were stone cold. Place is a joke, worst mountain restaurant you will come across.
19/03/2024: Service good. Meal poor. This had been one of the few remaining decent restaurants on the slopes in Chamonix which hadn’t been taken over by a corporate group - until now.. Unfortunately it is now a chain of 18 restaurants. I ordered fish and chips for 26 euros. The fish was battered fish fingers out of the freezer, virtually no fish in them, chips also from freezer. My partner ordered vegetable crumble, he thought it tasted like microwave food reheated. Felt ill afterwards as not been eating UPF for several weeks. Gave it 2 stars because service was very good.

23/02/2024: We have always enjoyed eating at Restaurant L’impossible on visits to Chamonix. Sadly the restaurant is still undergoing renovations, but Chef Auro offers a private cooking experience inside your chalet! He made a delicious meal for our friends and family that was the highlight of our visit. His daughter, Marta, provided a selection of delicious Italian natural wines that were perfectly paired with the chef’s cooking. We can’t wait to go back to the restaurant, but having the restaurant come to us was very special. Grazie, Chef!

12/07/2024: En ballade à Chamonix, avons fait une pause pour déjeuner en terrasse dans ce restaurant. Bon accueil. Bon choix sur la carte. Nous avons choisi des salades César accompagnées d'une bière blonde du Mont Blanc. Bons produits et présentation. Une bonne adresse sur Chamonix.

29/07/2024: Crêpes grand marnier genomen. Echt slecht, het was meer een mislukte dikke pannenkoek met twee of misschien drie druppels grand marnier. Droge kleffe hap. Ik zal pech hebben gehad, want ik begrijp die goede recensies niet. Jammer!!
24/07/2024: Very good cheese bacon burger, very large even for the small size :) nice welcome by the lady and superbe nice cooking for the burger!
