15/06/2026: Second stay for me in this hotel and everything was perfect. Magnificent view included.

03/05/2026: Dinner for two at the Auberge du Bois Prin restaurant. Peaceful setting, a little removed from the center of Chamonix, with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc. Excellent cuisine featuring local and seasonal products with just the right flavors. Attentive service. All in all, a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it!

17/07/2026: We booked this restaurant for our mother's birthday based on recent reviews. What a disappointment! We waited two hours between the appetizer and the main course, without seeing a single server. And to top it off, the veal was inedible. The only positive point was the restaurant's gesture of not charging for one of the two courses. The people at the table next to our parents' left, leaving all the food on their plates. What happened that day, we'll probably never know, but we won't be going back! In response, the people mentioned arrived on time! They are a couple over 80 years old, and we made a reservation for 6:45 pm...

22/06/2026: A superb discovery in Chamonix! We had lunch at Le Fer à Cheval, and everything was perfect. The terrace offers an absolutely breathtaking view of Mont Blanc: a magical setting that makes the experience even more memorable. As for the food, we were particularly impressed by the morel mushroom tart, generous and flavorful, with a rich and perfectly executed morel sauce. The Aravis salad was also a real treat: fresh, hearty, and enhanced by homemade crisps that added an irresistible touch of indulgence. And to finish on a high note, we couldn't miss the homemade tiramisu: light, creamy, and delicately balanced. A true success from start to finish. A big thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and the quality of their products. A must-try in Chamonix, which we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back!

09/05/2026: On this last day of vacation, Sunday at 6 a.m., we stopped at this bakery. The soft, crispy croissants, with their subtle sweetness, left us speechless! A truly delightful experience! Thank you for allowing us to still enjoy the company of people who love their craft and put so much love into their recipes! I highly recommend it!

13/04/2026: Hands down one of the best meals my wife and I have had. La Pasta Signature and Gratin De Pommes De Terre. Cépes Et Beaufort. I have zero doubt that the rest of the menu would be amazing too.

03/07/2026: We had visited this restaurant 9 years ago and tried to find it again, but failed, so we booked online at what we thought was a different place but on arrival realised it was the same one! This time we sat inside and near the river view windows, the restaurant was busy, but relaxed and informal and the service was good but the staff were clearly very busy as it was a hot Saturday night. I wouldn't say the service was polished as in a top end white linen restaurant but it was authentic, friendly and fun. The food was great - not innovative or experimental, just well prepared using good quality ingredients and cooked, in our case of choices, in the Jospar oven. We had better meals overall in Chamonix, but there was nothing to fault this restaurant, it was reasonably priced and very nice - if you want a traditional meal, this is probably the place to go. If you want something a bit more edgy, maybe not. Due to no-shows, they do take 60 Euro deposit so it did add to our anxiety a bit in case we were late, but we weren't, phew!

11/07/2026: Great restaurant in Argentiere. I took my family there for lunch in July 2026. The service was fantastic, the food outstanding. I had the Salmon with Anchovy butter and my wife had one of the regional specialties. My daughter had the burger (hamburger steak) and fries. Highly recommend for a good meal in the area

15/05/2026: We came for lunch today with our two children and were able to find a small table in a corner where we were very comfortable! The food was really delicious, especially the desserts! Perhaps one small suggestion for improvement: provide more details about what's included in the charcuterie/cheese platter. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about, and thank you again for your warm welcome, the (quick) service, and for this lovely time.

20/04/2026: A very good experience at this shop. We went there several times during our stay. The staff (a young man and the manager) were always welcoming and friendly. They even gave our children little treats (a few sweets on the way out). A wide selection of Savoyard and Swiss products. You can sample the charcuterie, and when you ask for advice, the staff are always happy to explain. I didn't find the prices excessive! We stocked up before leaving... but I'll be back. A nice touch: the anti-waste initiative at the end of the shop! A great idea to combat food waste! The option to order online is also a fantastic idea. And finally, their sausage is a gold medal winner in 2025.

16/05/2026: Excellent, but the service could be improved a little.

09/05/2026: A really nice restaurant; as soon as I arrived, a bowl of water was brought to my dog. It seems they have continuous service because they were still taking customers at 3 pm. I had the beef shank with shallots, which was excellent, and my partner had a tartine (I forget the name) which he loved!

15/05/2026: A delight! From the moment we arrived at the restaurant, we knew we were in for a treat. The welcome from the entire team was warm and friendly. We shared a fondue for two with charcuterie and potatoes, and the portion was very generous. Even though we have big appetites, we struggled to finish it! The meal was delicious. A waiter happened to walk by and offered to take our picture; we truly felt at home. I highly recommend everyone stop by for a fondue!
