13/08/2024: We ate very well and the staff were very nice and helpful. However, we waited 1 hour for our dishes...the restaurant was very full.

10/01/2026: We encountered a minor issue upon arrival at our accommodation, but the team was very responsive, upgrading us as an apology and being very attentive. The accommodation was clean and very well located next to the main street in the city center; everything is close by. The staff is very pleasant. We highly recommend it.

10/12/2025: The staff were super friendly and helpful as well as spoke English! The location was ideal for everything you want to do in Chamonix! The room was clean, cozy, and had an amazing view. We were able to cook a full dinner and enjoy some wine while watching the sunset on the mountains. It was a great stay especially for the price and we would gladly stay again! Here’s the only small issues for future guests: We couldn’t find the plates at first. They were stored in the tv armoire instead of the kitchen. The stove was hard for us to figure out how to work since they are so different in America. We could’ve used some instructions so we didn’t have to google it. Otherwise amazing trip and amazing place!!

06/08/2024: I had a wonderful experience at Eden Hotel in Les Praz Chamonix! The rooms are very comfortable and offer a stunning view of Mont Blanc, which made the stay even more special. I really appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of the room and the rich and varied breakfast, which was a perfect way to start each day. Although the room didn't have a fridge, the staff was very kind and allowed me to store a bottle of wine in the reception fridge, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Chamonix!

26/07/2024: Magnificent hotel, both inside and outside with all its beautiful terraces. Very clean, very neat decor, modern touches in the old. Very friendly staff, it's very quiet. I highly recommend !

14/08/2024: Le prix était un petit peu élevé, mais tout était bon et la vue était top. Le personnel était accueillant. Petit bémol : nous n'avons pas eu d'eau ni pain malgré deux relances. Nous n'avons pas insisté plus, car nous n'avions que des plats et une boisson, et le temps que l'on attende après nos relances, nos plats étaient déjà presque terminés... mais belle expérience tout de même !

21/06/2024: L'un des pires restaurants Hauts-Savoyards. Patates sous sachet qui sent le plastique, fromage fondu au rabais qui n'a aucun goût. Pela qui est en fait une tartiflette ultra grasse et au goût insipide. Quiche au goût impossible à identifier. Restez dans la vallée !

25/08/2024: The food was very tasty but unfortunately a bit expensive. The toilets are extremely clean, smell good and are cleaned by hand after each use. The pastries are completely homemade and the staff are very friendly. The food came quickly and was very tasty. The ambience is very simple and still looks very secret. The selection of pastries is limited, but the varieties available are freshly baked and of high quality. Very nice place to drink a coffee in the morning or eat a piece of cake. And there is WiFi

11/02/2024: A very welcoming place, with comfortable rooms and a fully equipped living space. Ideally located, a 200m walk from the Plan Joran cable car and close to all amenities! I highly recommend it!

11/09/2024: Passing through Chamonix? The barracuda is a magical place that will allow you to have a wonderful experience of your trip, at the risk of your hike the next day... Also don't hesitate to come and challenge Morganne and Baptiste to rum pong, be careful they are young and fiery. Good luck and have a good evening!

06/09/2024: We’ve visited Chamonix 3 times in 18 months and been to Mumma every time. It’s our favourite place in resort and would go back for future visits. It’s a small plates menu with imaginative cocktails. Is good for couples, friends or groups. Would recommend 2 dishes per person as they’re quite generous portions. Around €15 - €20 a dish, the quality is excellent and way better than your standard €20 burger or pasta offering that’s available elsewhere. Be warned - you could easily end up wanting to order the whole menu!

31/03/2024: L'endroit est sympa, les personnels très accueillants avec le sourire ça s'est un plus , la qualité est au rendez vous tout est maison semble t'il et c'est vraiment bon , le serveur est top 😉 et les employés top aussi merci pour l'accueil , fond musical sympa , je conseil ++++

26/03/2024: Love Mess - have noticed that the menu seems to be reduced from last time we came - which is a shame as some of things we enjoyed are now no longer available or only for 2 people. But otherwise food was still good

27/04/2024: Après être rentrés dans cette pizzeria Nous avons commandé une pizza peperoni Le service et l'amabilité n'étaient pas au rendez vous A peine aimable froid tout ce qui manque pour un restaurant La pizza a été facturée a 15 euros un pris exorbitant pour une simple pâte ingoble toute fine sans aucun goût je déconseille fortement a moins que vous aimez bien vous faire avoir sinon l pizzeria juste à côté et bien mieux

08/03/2024: Great pizza, proper sourdough pizza oven baked. We had a takeaway and ordered online and it was being finished and sliced bang on time as we came to collect, reasonable price for Chamonix too. Would highly recommend after a good days Skiing!
