24/09/2024: Thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Le Matafan last week! I didn't even know the head chef Mickey Bourdillat has a Michelin star from his previous restaurant! The wait staff were attentive and the food incredible. Definitely our favourite dinner in Chamonix!! Bravo!

14/09/2024: The food was just okay. The steak was over cooked (see the gray rim) and the flavors of the other items were fine

29/07/2024: Crêpes grand marnier genomen. Echt slecht, het was meer een mislukte dikke pannenkoek met twee of misschien drie druppels grand marnier. Droge kleffe hap. Ik zal pech hebben gehad, want ik begrijp die goede recensies niet. Jammer!!

24/07/2024: Very good cheese bacon burger, very large even for the small size :) nice welcome by the lady and superbe nice cooking for the burger! I recommend that place

16/09/2024: Beautiful architecture in an excellwnt location in Chamonix, by the river, but painted a terrible pink color, not fitting the style. Snotty staff, overpriced menu.

24/07/2024: Delicious salads and homemade blueberry pie. Great place to sit back and relax after a hike. Nice view.

21/07/2024: A place close to heaven. Amazing views. We walked up to the Refuge, at the Refuge we admired the wonderful landscape and enjoyed two delicious tarts with raspberries and blueberries.

06/09/2024: Stylish restaurant set within an upmarket hotel (don’t let that put you off). The menu had a great range of dishes so we opted for the tasting menu which was reasonably priced. Service was nicely paced and welcoming. Our meal took around 2.5 hours and consisted of 5 generous courses. The wine pairing was a nice addition - usually we’d avoid but this was sensibly priced and a decent amount per glass. Would recommend and go back.

16/03/2024: This is a banging place to go with plenty of live music and entertainment plus generous measures on shorts. Get there early as aprés starts at 1730 and the place gets rammed. The atmosphere is friendly and party party party, if you want to join in the dancing on the tables this is the place for you. No trouble just a great time. Staff fantastic too.

19/08/2024: Kitchen, cellar, bar, too much too far from the price level charged. It's well presented but the flavors are not there. And Nespresso for coffee ended up killing the game. Not up to par.

26/07/2024: Moesten nog de tafel indekken toen we er al waren, de kaart bleef weg zoals eigenlijk alles.... de service was beneden alle peil, veel te duur voor hetgeen we gekregen hebben. Bij een 3 gangenmenu blijkbaar ook geen amuse bouche , entree kregen we heel laat, hoofdschotel was duif met mais, dus duif met duiveneten ....zelfs geen aardappel bereiding erbij. En dan de dessert, puur confituur op een koekje en een sorbet erbij. Voor 75€ per persoon had ik hier veel meer van verwacht. Een keer en nooit meer!!!

16/09/2024: We went one evening in August for our last evening and we had a great evening alongside Angus the singer who we loved! The service was great and we had a great time! We will come back!

01/09/2024: A great little vibe with good food and delicious cocktails! Although we were there too early for the kitchen to be open, the bartender was helpful in advising us when the chef would be in and ready for cooking. He was able to tell me of different foods to suit my allergen and I wasn’t disappointed. Great experience!

18/08/2024: Breakfast is not proportional to the cost, better to have it in a bar. The rooms are basic and I didn't find any hair shampoo, plus there was very little shower gel.

03/09/2024: We really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was one of the best we have had while in France, including bacon and eggs even and fresh squeezed juice. Flo & Ales at the front desk were so welcoming and personable. It's so important to have good staff, and they are making the hotel look great. Professional, polite, funny, and so helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable.

18/07/2024: A great apartment hotel. We stayed here for five days. The location is very good. There is a supermarket around the corner downstairs and it is located in the busy area of ​​​​the pedestrian street.

06/08/2024: I had a wonderful experience at Eden Hotel in Les Praz Chamonix! The rooms are very comfortable and offer a stunning view of Mont Blanc, which made the stay even more special. I really appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of the room and the rich and varied breakfast, which was a perfect way to start each day. Although the room didn't have a fridge, the staff was very kind and allowed me to store a bottle of wine in the reception fridge, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Chamonix!

26/07/2024: Magnificent hotel, both inside and outside with all its beautiful terraces. Very clean, very neat decor, modern touches in the old. Very friendly staff, it's very quiet. I highly recommend !
