10/04/2026: The pastries are always delicious, however, the service is very poor when a mistake is made by the cashier. They create a very unpleasant atmosphere of suspicion, and their refusal to check the till to prove my honesty was equally unacceptable.
04/04/2026: Unfortunately, a young waiter was extremely arrogant and very unpleasant. Tall and blond... incredibly disrespectful.
Besides never giving the same price for the exact same orders, he took it upon himself to tell us what we should take and how we should speak... he didn't serve chocolatines, only pains au chocolat... and as long as my husband didn't say "pain au chocolat," he wouldn't serve it 😳 Well... given my husband's height and seeing that we weren't amused at all, he finally served the pastries while sighing and rolling his eyes!
This establishment is a disaster... getting worse and worse, in any case.

20/03/2026: I have been here after skiing and had a rather negative experience. We ordered some drinks and it took them forever to serve us the drinks. We politely complained about it but the reaction of one of waiters was quite rude. Do not recommend it.
17/03/2026: Excellent experience from start to finish! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves: the tartares (salmon and beef) were incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the pasta with morels… a real winner 🤍
The service was warm and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention for the terrace overlooking the slopes, perfect for soaking up the scenery. And a much-appreciated little extra: the complimentary hats provided for sun protection ☀️
An address we'll definitely be keeping—we'll be back with pleasure!

02/04/2026: The location is magnificent; in winter, the terrace is superbly situated and sheltered from the wind. The staff are very welcoming, and the food is excellent, featuring local dishes and desserts. Highly recommended!

01/03/2026: I was disappointed with this restaurant. It's true that it's inexpensive (thankfully), but it's unacceptable that a galette was as crunchy as a potato chip; it was overcooked, just like the pizza dough… It's a shame because these are simple recipes to make, I don't understand it. Furthermore, we waited quite a while to be served.
28/02/2026: The savory crepe was delicious; I had an "Indy" crepe, a real treat for food lovers 😋 I was disappointed by the neglect of cleanliness in the restrooms. It's deteriorated considerably in 20 years.
However, the food remains exemplary and excellent 😋

18/04/2026: Booked a specific table with the waiter buf when we arrived theg given I'd to someone else so puf near the air-conditioning,which was freezing and 7 other couples arrived and moved to other tables but Manager didn't seem to recognise that it was cold. The most tasteless onion soup I've had,well if you can't even do French onion soup you shouldn't be in business in France.
So 2 soup,2 tartiflette,2 gasses wine and 2 coffees, 160 euros!!!!

23/02/2026: More restaurant than a bar for a quick hot chocolate or coffee. Had a positive experience previously of this last time , good honest food
22/02/2026: Lunch with family while skiing - and unfortunately it was a real disappointment.
For a venue with around 140-150 seats, having just one single-person toilet is frankly unacceptable. The queue was consistently 10+ people deep, which is not what you expect when you’re trying to get back out onto the slopes.
The food - below mediocre and massively overpriced for the quality delivered.
The interior - tired and run-down, looks cheap and the overall layout is to squeeze in as many covers as possible rather than creating a comfortable dining experience.
Service from the waiting staff was okay, but the manager was notably unfriendly and dismissive, which only added to the poor experience.
Would not return and would advise others to avoid.

28/12/2023: Une étoile car nous ne pouvons pas mettre 0 malheureusement. Accueil déplorable, nous avons réservé une table pour ce soir pour 10 personnes, nous arrivons au restaurant la serveuse n’avais pas confirmé notre réservation, résultat nous nous retrouvons sans rien. La serveuse blonde est une condescendance….. À FUIRE !!!!!
28/12/2023: Nous avons réservé une grande table par l’intermédiaire de notre hôtel, la serveuse nous rappel à 20h30 pour confirmer la réservation de 21h30 que nous avons confirmé. Arrivée au restaurant notre table a été prise par d’autres personnes. Honteux…

Apéritif pas servi que la fondue est déjà sur la table !
Fondue pas mal mais sans plus et à 24€/pers il faut rajouter 5€ pour un bol de salade !
Personnels accueillent malgré tout !
25/12/2023: Incroyable moment passé grâce à la merveilleuse serveuse Amélie pleine de charme et souriante ainsi le Chef Fifi et sa cuisine PARFAITE.
Le personnel est très accueillant et l’ambiance du restaurant est chaleureuse. On a passés une super soirée les plats était délicieux et copieux pour leur prix. Absolument rien de négatif je recommande absolument!

15/07/2024: Pessima esperienza tantissimo tempo per mangiare , sono riusciti a far attendere oltre un ora e mezza una bambina per mangiare ( una pizza ) dopo che avevano sbagliato la sua ordinazione . VERGOGNOSO. Ho dovuto dopo tantissimo tempo con personale MALEDUCATO alzarmi e portarla in un altro ristorante per mangiare .
27/04/2024: Restaurant situé dans le centre de Megève à proximité de l'office de tourisme, je recommande cet établissement. Pizzas très bonnes dans une ambiance sympa. Les prix sont correct et le personnel agréable.

23/08/2024: Today, I am disappointed for the first time with your store where I usually buy. The pastries were on the counter forming a wall between the seller and the customer. So, with each exchange, spit flies onto the pastries or customers can touch them with their dirty hands. It's not hygienic at all for a luxury house but apparently according to the quality management they had authorization from the hygiene and food safety department so it's acceptable to spit on food all day 🤔 (this just because you have an authorization from the hygiene services does not mean that it is hygienic.)
