02/04/2024: What can I say, exceptional setting, top cuisine with top products. Exceptional moment, I went there in winter on skis, the only way to get there. Or on snowshoes. In summer 5 minutes walk from the Col du Tourmalet. Free parking in summer.
31/03/2024: We came this morning around 10:30 a.m. asking for 3 coffees, a chocolate, a chocolatine and a croissant. We were told that "there were no chocolatines or croissants here because people are there to ski and not have breakfast." So we ordered a blueberry pie which was excellent.
We think the response is absolutely inappropriate, it's really sad to have such good food and such pitiful service.

06/04/2024: The setting is ideal, the restaurant being well decorated. The service is professional and friendly. The fondue is hearty with potatoes and cold meats. The only downside was that there was too much white wine.

27/03/2024: We were very well received for lunch, unfortunately with a child in a wheelchair we could not have access to the restaurant, the owner kindly offered us to sit in the pizzeria next door, giving us the choice of the two menus from the two brands 😂 not easy for the waiters but we appreciated it!!! We also had lunch at the desman café where we were very well received! Thank you 👍

20/03/2024: We came with 8 people and it went very well, the plates were plentiful, the staff were smiling and attentive. All this in a lovely outdoor setting not to mention that it was very good for a very reasonable price. I advise !!!

Choice was a little limited because it was a Sunday over Easter weekend - but still a choice of a few salads, meat, fish or vegetarian. Good wine list. Service was excellent. Prices were good value for the high quality - especially the prix fix menu (which we had).
Choice of quality, French/basque restaurants in Lourdes was disappointingly limited (an abundance of ‘fast, fried or pizza’ restaurants - not so many non-fried options. This was a good choice.
We paid €90 for two two-course meals, one beer, a bottle of wine and two coffees.

04/04/2024: We really liked the warm welcome at this restaurant, very pleasant and friendly service.
The food was absolutely fine for the price it was excellent value for money.
In any case, all the other restaurants nearby serve frozen food, for much more expensive...so at least it's a very affordable price and the food was quite good.

12/03/2024: It became our canteen during our vacations. This is our 2nd year. Cool atmosphere and perfect lunch and dinner menu. I recommend.
Be careful with the puffed pizza (calzone) don't eat anything before :) it's plentiful ;)

The site is remarkable, at the foot of the waterfalls. I recommend and we will come back.
01/04/2024: An exceptional place in an exceptional setting. The welcome is warm, the service is attentive with little touches that make the difference. The cuisine combines tradition and modernity, with original proposals and careful presentation. Congratulations to the team behind the scenes, who we can guess are passionate. It is now an obligatory stop on each of our visits to Cauterets. If you have to choose just one, this is the shelter you should head to.

21/03/2024: Step towards the massif, even if a little cautious given the recent reviews on the speed of service, we decided to stop there.
What a surprise, not many people, super fast service, significant portions, and a super pleasant server.
Special mention for the small packaging of the leftovers, which even if "normal" is a touch that is always pleasant.
17/03/2024: Very long service. Cold, tasteless dishes...
Staff not welcoming, we seemed more like we were annoying them than anything else. Yet just a few catch tables. I won't come back at all

We come back to eat it at our home.
The wrap is empty with only salad and the cheeseburger 1 piece of pickle without meat.
