Nous avons tout apprécié : les mets excellents, le Chef très sympathique, son équipe sereine !
L'amuse-bouche avec l'oeuf confit (cette technique fut une découverte pour nous) et l'émulsion au poireau forte en goût, un régal ! La délicieuse huile d'olive avec la focaccia et leurs petits pains divers.
Comme nous étions deux, l'un a reçu le plat de poisson, l'autre le plat de viande, occasion de goûter aux deux !
De même pour les desserts que nous nous sommes partagés.
Des goûts fins et marqués comme on aime, des sauces excellentes dont l'une teintée d'agrumes et d'épices par exemple, des découvertes...

During my recent visit to this restaurant, I was absolutely delighted by the quality of the dishes. Everything was delicious, but it was the fries that stole the show. Crispy as can be, golden to perfection, they were simply to die for!
The warm atmosphere and impeccable service also contributed to making this experience memorable. Every member of staff was welcoming and attentive, which added a personal touch to our meal.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for tasty food at more than reasonable prices and a pleasant time. I can't wait to go back to enjoy their dishes again.

01/04/2024: We were a table of 6 adults and 3 children, we were served with a smile and professionalism. Very good value for money, with the added bonus of the chance to taste the house specialty, the tielle stuffing burger.

26/04/2024: Restaurant in an artisanal area. It deserves to linger even with family. Warm welcome, and very professional. The dishes are very well cooked and the ingredients are of high quality. In terms of price quality it is perfect. You will even find an outdoor terrace for sunny days.

Everything was perfect from the welcome (even though we had not booked) to the service. Many thanks for this moment.

20/05/2024: The BEST homemade french fries & homemade mayonnaise I've ever had. I will always try to get a generous portion when I visit Frontignan. My husband even bought some to bring to London! We reheated it and it tasted just as good. Crunchy edges, creamy centre, well seasoned and a good amount of grease. So delicious and naughty, it haunts you...

Semi-cooked tuna, cooked very well, with a few diced peppers on top but no taste, bland, just like the aioli.
Sautéed vegetables.......

At least it goes faster.

Would not change a thing ! If perhaps put back on the menu the pluma and the famous sauerkraut of the sea 😁
