17/09/2026: I was verbally attacked by the mixed-race waiter with a beard when I simply asked how long ago the tea on display had been made; it was already outside before I even placed my order. You should calm down or find another line of work.

07/09/2026: Ladies, run away! The staff don't hesitate to talk about you in degrading terms, even in front of other customers. As a regular customer, I wanted to get a takeaway coffee this Saturday morning, but unfortunately, when my turn came, one of the employees took it upon himself to share very vulgar sexual remarks with his colleague about the woman who had gone in just before me, describing the effect she had on his crotch. The colleague, who seemed quite shocked, tried to correct him and explain that one can give a compliment without being vulgar, but he wouldn't let it go and continued to add very dubious comparisons about this woman's body to his tirade... Feeling uncomfortable, I decided to leave without ordering. Good luck to the women who have to work and share their daily lives with such an individual. For fear of unknowingly becoming a victim of such objectification myself, I won't be going back there. I advise other women against having anything to do with this man, or even this establishment, at least if they also prefer to avoid this kind of atmosphere and these unhealthy comments about them.

24/08/2026: A great place to enjoy a good cappuccino and a delicious brownie. It's best to come in the morning on weekdays, as it's very quiet. I recommend it!

15/08/2026: We visited the store on Saturday, August 15th and were greeted by a lovely young woman who helped us put together a tea gift set. Thank you for your warm welcome.

02/10/2026: Very bad experience with the service. The server who brought my coffee spilled some of it. Then he gave me a dirty teaspoon. I politely asked him to replace it, but he didn't. The glasses of water that normally accompany coffee were also not brought to me. In addition to that, the server was very unpleasant and rude throughout the entire service. I can understand that mistakes can happen, but the least one can do is remain respectful and take the necessary steps when a customer reports a problem. Very disappointed with this experience. This was the person on the morning shift, October 2, 2026, at 10:35 AM.

02/10/2026: The service was truly unpleasant. The person who brought me my coffee did so very reluctantly and spoke to me very rudely. Furthermore, I wasn't given any cutlery, sugar, or even the glass of water that normally accompanies coffee. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but the way I was received was truly unpleasant. I hope that the service and customer experience can be improved. Morning shift.

13/08/2026: Frozen products. The food would be nice with fresh ingredients. The menu is simple and doesn't live up to the standards of other restaurants in the area. The value for money is far from ideal. I don't recommend it.

09/09/2026: I ordered the kebab pizza, and it was just like a regular cheese pizza because there was so little kebab and very little white sauce. I don't recommend it.

04/09/2026: The carbonara pizza is really not good, probably because it has a tomato base and very little bacon. Furthermore, the crust is really bland...

23/09/2026: Change of management and new prices for the Espresso, which, with the loyalty card, has gone from €1 to €1.90. That's a real shame...

27/07/2026: Well, I've seen it all! Not even a "hello," and they were in a hurry to serve us, even though there were more sales assistants than customers. The food was so-so, not very fresh, and not particularly appetizing. The croque monsieur was served cold inside. But the worst part was the owner and the sales assistants: no smiles, no enthusiasm, and what's with those outfits? Tight shorts for everyone, no safety shoes (which are mandatory because every employee goes into the kitchen), and no hairnets. I watched them all touching their hair, biting their nails... and not washing their hands! Not to mention, they were sitting on the floor filling refrigerators with their hands on the floor. I'm in the food industry, and believe me, if hygiene isn't an issue, there's a serious problem. I was just passing through, but seriously, don't go there. It's shameful.

26/09/2026: What a lovely way to end the day and the week (Friday)! A moment spent on a terrace in Place de la Comédie, watching the passersby and soaking up the Montpellier atmosphere. A special mention to the charming, smiling, and attentive waiter, who didn't hesitate to share a few anecdotes about the city, all while maintaining his good humor despite some less-than-accommodating customers! Thank you for the quality of service, its speed, and above all, your kindness. A wonderful end to the day, just the way we like them! 😊🍹

Because of the pressure, I practically had to choose a coffee, bread, and chocolate combo, even though I'd originally come for something savory. The worst part is, I was the only one in the shop. Too bad, I won't be back. The owner can smile, it's free 😃
