21/02/2026: A fantastic experience! The dishes are beautifully presented, both visually, with a modern touch thanks to the fresh sprouts scattered throughout, and the sauces are simply divine. A must-try!

18/02/2026: Exceptional view of the dam, perfect food and service. Good value for money. One small drawback: my visit to the restrooms, which were less than clean (despite few customers that Saturday lunchtime).

28/03/2026: Very well located. Small menu, no problem, but several dishes were unavailable. Also, there are no toilets (supposedly because it's a beach establishment...). And my friends who ate the andouillette got sick. Admittedly, the smell inside wasn't great.

25/03/2026: Beachfront restaurant, we wanted mussels, the marinara sauce was tasteless, where was the white wine? The parsley was fresh, placed on top of the mussels; you had to find it in the shells! Instead of telling us it wasn't the season, they told us it wasn't mussels in season. The fries were okay. The only positive points were the view and the fairly friendly staff. In short, a tourist trap, what a shame.

27/10/2025: Small private hotel. Check-in between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Warm welcome from the owner who is always available to offer advice. No breakfast on Sundays (restaurant closed). Good bedding. Good value for money. Prefer booking directly by phone. 😉

08/03/2026: Ordered takeout, called to place my order, waited 20 minutes, arrived 15 minutes later, and it was already ready, so no complaints! I can't really comment on the atmosphere, but there was no one at the counter until the phone rang, and it was early. The food was very good, but I was a little disappointed with the salmon tartare with rice and avocado. It was generous with rice and small pieces of salmon, but only a few pieces of avocado (9). When you see the photo of the table service on their website, there's easily twice as much, which makes it look less ridiculous, let's say. It's a shame. On the other hand, putting the ginger and wasabi in small trays separately in the dish is great because if you don't like them, you can easily remove them. Thank you for this thoughtful touch. We'll definitely go back, but if possible, please add more avocado to your tartares!

08/01/2026: Very disappointed. We ordered two shrimp pad thai: only four shrimp per plate, very heavy rice noodles, lacking any finesse or flavor. The dish clearly lacked taste and balance. It unfortunately reminded me of a "student" meal, quickly thrown together to fill you up, far from what you expect from a real pad thai. The quality/price ratio is truly disappointing.

01/01/2026: We went to 333 to treat ourselves to one of their cocktails. What a disappointment! For an establishment of this caliber, we were shocked by the service. We were seated at a table that hadn't been cleared. After 35 minutes, no one came to take our orders or clear the table. We sensed tension among the staff, which made us feel uncomfortable. No employee should suffer because of their working conditions. So we went to the Aquarium, where we were finally welcomed properly.

23/09/2025: A great light lunch at a time (Tuesday) when many other options were closed.

20/01/2026: As loyal guests of the Royal Emerald Hotel for over 10 years, we know the place well, and although we were staying there as a family for the Christmas holidays, we wanted to pay a visit to the Darling with our (grown) children on December 25th for a drink, around 6 pm. The bar was almost deserted, and there was a small sign at the entrance asking us to wait, which we did. However, a hotel receptionist suddenly appeared and informed us, in a gruff tone and with very little courtesy, that the bar was closed/reserved for hotel guests. We took note and were about to leave when an elderly couple, who had arrived behind us and heard our rebuff, approached the receptionist, explaining that they were regulars at the bar, and then immediately went inside to sit under the glass roof… One of my sons wanted to come back and make his presence felt, but we decided to go to the bar at the Grand Hotel Barrière, where this time we received a truly royal welcome and enjoyed excellent cocktails accompanied by small snacks… go there! In the end, we didn't regret the peanuts at Darling, and for a drink, take my advice…

08/09/2025: A very pleasant place. We've returned several times and have always been very well received. The staff is lovely. The setting is beautiful, and the cocktails are good. One small drawback: the food isn't up to par with the venue, and the prices don't reflect the contents of the dishes.

21/02/2026: A trip to Brittany and a visit to Dinard and its market! The Marché des Anges delighted the taste buds of the whole family! A warm welcome and quick service! Special mention for the absolutely delicious oysters, seafood salad, and steak tartare! A truly wonderful time!

21/11/2025: A very pleasant aperitif in a relaxed and typical atmosphere. The service was very quick and friendly; we were able to taste the Beaujolais Nouveau and were offered a small plate of charcuterie.

21/11/2024: The breads and pastries are good. But it is a shame that the lack of professionalism of one of the salespeople (40/50 years old) has destroyed the image of this institution... On several occasions, I have noticed her lack of friendliness and her annoyance! What a shame!!
