13/09/2026: Visiting Fougères for the weekend, we were delighted by the evening's surprise menu concept. Excellent service from a dynamic and friendly duo. The presentation of the dishes was elegant, and the portions were exquisite and generous! A chance to experience something out of the ordinary at a reasonable price.

13/09/2026: We discovered this restaurant during our weekend in Fougères. We chose it for its "no menu, blind tasting" concept. We had a wonderful time, discovering exquisite, high-quality dishes with beautiful presentation. Excellent value for money, with generous portions to boot. The welcome and service were provided by a smiling, dynamic, and friendly duo.

15/09/2026: Fougères has "ITS BISTRO"! A friendly place. The owner, a true pro at good food, knows how to make you want to try his creations. The very attentive waiter can tell you all about your meal. A place where many celebrities who have come to perform in the theater have left photo mementos that cover a wall upstairs. We enjoyed it twice during our week-long holiday. Thank you for your welcome!!!! A MUST-TRY!!!!

04/09/2026: A very atmospheric bistro. There was a small ground floor dining area and space upstairs for about 30 diners. The ground floor area was full so we were guided upstairs. The stairs were narrow and not suitable for disabled but we had no trouble. The waiter was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped us decide. He told us they had a max of 30 customers at any one time because it allows them to concentrate on service and quality of food. The food was very tasty, the best burger in a long time. We met the chef / owner as we left. What a nice man, very pleasant. A lovely place to eat.

21/07/2026: Small bistro. Very good food at a very reasonable price. We will definitely return.

17/07/2026: Excellent value for money, with a very warm welcome. I recommend it 😋

03/08/2026: The salmon galette was excellent, and the crêpe #11 with pears, chocolate, whipped cream, and almonds was perfect. All accompanied by rosé cider. Highly recommended.

03/08/2026: Excellent crêperie. Wonderful service! Highly recommended! Ms. Beaussier

30/08/2026: I can't say I loved it... But I also can't say it wasn't nice. So I'll be pragmatic... very reasonable price, simple but well done... It's a little crowded, but it's not too bothersome... Thanks to the team...

29/08/2026: Small establishment, but excellent crepes!

04/09/2026: A peaceful break after visiting the castle. We enjoyed a meal on the terrace at the back of the crêperie; the flambéed crêpe was excellent. The waitresses were friendly and smiling, a real plus compared to the crêperies facing the castle.

03/09/2026: The whole thing is a bit overhyped. Arriving near the end of service, we waited 45 minutes before our first bite (we had been told to expect a 15-minute wait). Everything seemed disorganized, even though there were only four people on board. The galettes were classic and good. A shame about the disappointing experience.

05/09/2026: It's always a pleasure to take a break on the terrace at Café de Paris. Impeccable service thanks to the excellent staff 👍🏼

03/09/2026: Good coffee. Friendly service. Outdoor seating in a quiet location. Clean restrooms. 5 stars
