I found an insect in my sandwich I strongly advise against it, I took my tray to show the insect to the seller I had no excuse only the offer to change the sandwich... very disappointing the fresh preparations being still frozen nothing goes in this bakery go your way
14/09/2024: Depending on the person behind the counter, the service can be excellent and cheerful. Flat with a saleswoman who doesn't even take the care to look at you, talks to you while looking elsewhere. She doesn't really make you want to come back. Fortunately, most of the sellers have a smile and are very welcoming.

Tant par l’accueil où les serveuses étaient très très fermées, le temps d’attente considérable et les plats n’ont pas été très convaincants pour le prix payé. Une amie a vu un cuisinier sortir en pleur, ça laisse imaginer l’ambiance au sein de l’équipe du restaurant

28/08/2024: Parfait, les meilleurs sushis que l’on ai pu manger, vraiment très bon, pour avoir mangé des sushis je peux vous dire que ceux la sont exceptionnels, sans oublier leurs brochettes.. la soupe miso.. la salade de choux.. juste INCROYABLE 👌🏽 Sans oublier le site qui est d’une praticité..phénoménal ! gros coeur sur les propriétaires !

To my great disappointment, during my last delivery order, the sushi arrived lukewarm. Additionally, we had doubts about the freshness of the salmon. 09/09/2024: While passing through Rennes we chose this creperie because it was recommended several times by the backpacker's guide....very disappointing After settling in, we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before anyone showed any interest in us, then the same waiting time again for an unfortunate pancake that was good and nothing more, and all in a very noisy atmosphere. We didn't have dessert or coffee so as not to increase the wait! And finally we are presented with the bill from the table next to us (there were 4 of us there were 2) Of course we weren't asked how it went!

12/09/2024: very disappointed. We ate there several times, no problems. We took takeaway for the first time, very high price and dish not fresh. The sushi and pasta were not of the day because the rice was very dry and stuck and the pasta was better the next day even though it had been kept cool... We went to the opening of the restaurant in the evening, we will not make this mistake again because we had to throw everything away the next day at noon... more than €50 is a lot to pay to have to throw away...
12/09/2024: Excellent value for money, good service even in busy times, I came on a Saturday and there was a crazy queue!! We ate well 👍 edit as of 09/11/2024: Still nothing to complain about, at the top again! 👌

24/07/2024: My student ate at this restaurant and was feeling unwell. He went to ask for the bathroom and was ignored. As a result he threw up on their entry rug. When I arrived he was still throwing up and they were just standing there yelling but not directing him to the bathroom. All my communication was in French. I asked for the bathroom and was directed there. As the student continued being sick the employee came back and said that it wasn’t his fault he threw up and that we needed to clean it up. He then asked my related and I explained he was my student. He said well you need to clean this. I asked for supplies and he handed me paper towels. I said I couldn’t clean without gloves and was provided them. When I first asked for sanitizing spray I was refused. Some was finally sprayed but I wasn’t allowed to use it as needed. I asked for a trash bag so we could leave without the student throwing up more everywhere and they said they cost money. I said I was happy to pay and how much. He refused to sell or give me a bag. He then also had us clean the bathroom. No compassion in a time of needed.

25/08/2024: Unfortunately completely disappointed with the hotel. It was visited as part of a bus trip, so we didn't choose it ourselves, otherwise we certainly wouldn't have stayed there overnight. The hotel is located far outside surrounded by ruins. The rooms were dirty, others weren't even made ready. A very unpleasant smell in the rooms. Broken curtains and mattresses. The bathroom was a complete disaster. Extremely narrow, old and above all unclean. That doesn't work in the bathroom at all. With blue light you could still see what the predecessor had left behind. We were lucky enough to have a desk and therefore a little more space; others, as written in some previous reviews, couldn't even unpack their suitcases. There wasn't really a closet, just a shelf, which we had to clean first. We were really considering moving to a nearby B&B. The next day nothing was done in the room, neither the beds, nor the cleaning, nor the trash emptied. Only when asked was the trash can emptied the next day and the towels changed. But nothing else. Lack of staff or not, and taking into account various standards abroad, none of this is acceptable. Especially when it comes to hygiene! Breakfast wasn't really good either, baked baguettes with some sausage and cheese. Only the croissants were ok. As part of the trip we had half board, i.e. dinner. A la carte might be better, but what we got was nothing. Goulash with pasta, meat with rice are really not a showcase for the otherwise highly praised French cuisine. Here, too, our expectations were NOT a 3-star menu, but down-to-earth good would have been nice. There were no vegetables or fruit for the entire 5 days. There were no alternatives for vegetarians or even an overview of the ingredients of the dishes. Unfortunately, many people today have to know what they eat due to allergies and intolerances. Staff overall not very friendly either. Drink prices are completely exorbitant. No response to complaints about fermented wine. In general we had a feeling of arrogance and haughtiness. Unfortunately I have to write it so clearly! We would give the hotel a wide berth next time.
02/08/2024: Copy of email sent to general management I am contacting you regarding the inappropriate behavior of the manager of this hotel. My wife and I arrived at 4 a.m. Wednesday July 30, 2024. We were greeted by the night watchman (after calling him on his cell phone, phone number being written on the door). He was personable, pleasant and efficient. He told us the price of the room was 45 EUR, then gave us room 104. I wanted to pay for the room and give him my credit card and my ID, he told me that we could do that tomorrow at check out. I took the opportunity to ask for the check out times, he told me 12 p.m. and that if I ever lingered a little, he wouldn't hold it against me. He wrote my name on a post it with the rate and room number. I asked him if the motorbike parked on the side near the entrance wasn't in the way, he told me it wasn't a problem. I went to bed, it was 4 a.m. When I woke up around 9:30 a.m. I went to reception and a lady introducing herself as the manager welcomed me. I had 3 problems: The post it with the price has disappeared. I was asked for 55 eur instead of 45 eur, you will tell me it is only 10 eur difference but I insist on the principle... She called me a liar and refused to contact the night watchman to ask him the question. She took the opportunity to say: “It’s always the problems with you”. This is the first time I have set foot in this hotel and in the region. I dare to hope that this remark has nothing to do with any remark about my origins.. She immediately said that check out is at 11 a.m., I told her that I was planning to leave well before but that the bellman told me it was 12 p.m. She then reproached me for having parked along the hedge near the front door even though I had asked for permission, that the vehicle did not obstruct access in any way and that it was for a safety issue. (camera in front of reception). The director called me a liar on several occasions for these 3 points... I finally paid the 45 EUR with totally inappropriate remarks. I had to move the vehicle. I had to leave the room early even though it was planned... I called back the night watchman who confirmed the 3 points stated above and who fully assumes his instructions and does not understand the actions of this lady. Apparently this isn't the first time... I am appealing to you to find out if the general management intends to do something about this. Sincerely. So I pass on the dilapidation of the room, the separate beds, the cleaning ladies who speak out loud at 8:30 in the morning...
