29/05/2026: A very poor experience due to particularly disappointing service. We arrived at 1:02 PM. Our aperitif order wasn't taken until 1:35 PM, in the middle of a heatwave, and our starter wasn't served until 1:50 PM. At 2:10 PM, we still hadn't received a carafe of water despite several requests and the fact that we had mentioned upon arrival that we were on a tight schedule. Faced with this excessive wait and the complete lack of consideration, we decided to leave without even being able to eat our meals. When it came time to pay, the apologies were minimal, amounting to explaining that two colleagues were in training. However, it's not the customer's responsibility to suffer the consequences of poor organization, especially since the prices remained unchanged. No compensation was offered. The only positive point was the starters, which were good. We finally finished our meal at a McDonald’s located 5 minutes away, where we were greeted with much more responsiveness and consideration.

17/05/2026: Access to the restrooms requires a code, but the code on the ticket doesn't work. Only two out of four restrooms are in use. There was a mistake with the drinks; the flavors didn't match the order. The ice cream tubs were half empty. Four napkins for four meals is insufficient. The fryer buzzer has been ringing non-stop for over 10 minutes...

17/05/2026: We arrived at 6:20 am and a woman refused to serve us because she had to process sales and the cash register wasn't available. She asked us to wait at least 15 minutes. This is clearly a joke. I used to work at McDonald's and this is the first time I've ever seen anything like it. So, we ended up leaving. Why open if you can't serve customers? Please review the restaurant's management. This is ridiculous.

12/06/2026: Louis is simply the best, I've never seen a bartender like him.

10/06/2026: A super festive atmosphere after midnight where people sing and dance to music from yesterday and today. A young crowd that welcomes older women warmly. Arrive early to be sure of getting in.

21/05/2026: Ridiculous food, a mere centimeter of cream in the crispy rolls (photo attached), you might as well get a decent croissant from a bakery. The strawberry tea in the €5.50 set menu is ridiculously bad, it's literally just watered-down syrup, nothing more. I absolutely do not recommend it. To top it all off, the muffin is completely bland and overpriced for what it is, with very little raspberry and white chocolate. They're real cheapskates! Avoid at all costs!! P.S.: The blaring music is the highlight; you can't tell if it's a nightclub or a place to relax.

25/02/2026: Great experience! The New Yorker burger was delicious and the iced tea was excellent too. The value for money is fantastic; the only slight downside was the fries being a bit cold, but otherwise, I highly recommend it!

07/04/2026: A pizza ordered at 10:30 pm, without even leaving my name, ready 20 minutes later, hot and still just as good: bravo!

18/03/2026: It doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered and never, ever received my order. I asked them for a refund, but nothing at all, so far. €48 down the drain 🤦🏾‍♀️ I hope you get what you deserve.
