10/09/2024: I had a lunch: a que unira salad with chickpeas and various vegetables, fruits and feta.
Not good. The que unira is soft, everything was soft mixed in a pool of flavorless oil….
The bread is identical to that of a defrosted supermarket.
It’s expensive so very poor value for money.
Otherwise the space is nice to have a quick coffee.
11/08/2024: The bread not having been "delivered" the morning I visited, I wonder: is it made on site?

12/08/2023: Extremely rude service! We wanted to get some pastries and coffee to go, but apparently there are different queues for eating inside and for take away service (which of course is not indicated). Because we chose the wrong queue, the sales lady said “outside! wait outside!”. She also didn’t bother by offering us any sugar or lids for the coffee cups. Her attitude was very unprofessional. The pastries were really good though! It’s such a shame people like her are allowed to work with customers. Very unpleasant experience.

02/11/2024: I advise you to go to Les Halles. Every time I order I wait 1 hour for my order and it ends up being cancelled. They have a phone number and charge 18 cents per minute so if you want to know where and what you ordered, they'll drain your money even more. Lack of respect, their customers are their wallets!

25/08/2024: Unfortunately completely disappointed with the hotel. It was visited as part of a bus trip, so we didn't choose it ourselves, otherwise we certainly wouldn't have stayed there overnight. The hotel is located far outside surrounded by ruins. The rooms were dirty, others weren't even made ready. A very unpleasant smell in the rooms. Broken curtains and mattresses. The bathroom was a complete disaster. Extremely narrow, old and above all unclean. That doesn't work in the bathroom at all. With blue light you could still see what the predecessor had left behind. We were lucky enough to have a desk and therefore a little more space; others, as written in some previous reviews, couldn't even unpack their suitcases. There wasn't really a closet, just a shelf, which we had to clean first. We were really considering moving to a nearby B&B. The next day nothing was done in the room, neither the beds, nor the cleaning, nor the trash emptied. Only when asked was the trash can emptied the next day and the towels changed. But nothing else. Lack of staff or not, and taking into account various standards abroad, none of this is acceptable. Especially when it comes to hygiene! Breakfast wasn't really good either, baked baguettes with some sausage and cheese. Only the croissants were ok. As part of the trip we had half board, i.e. dinner. A la carte might be better, but what we got was nothing. Goulash with pasta, meat with rice are really not a showcase for the otherwise highly praised French cuisine. Here, too, our expectations were NOT a 3-star menu, but down-to-earth good would have been nice. There were no vegetables or fruit for the entire 5 days. There were no alternatives for vegetarians or even an overview of the ingredients of the dishes. Unfortunately, many people today have to know what they eat due to allergies and intolerances. Staff overall not very friendly either. Drink prices are completely exorbitant. No response to complaints about fermented wine.
In general we had a feeling of arrogance and haughtiness. Unfortunately I have to write it so clearly! We would give the hotel a wide berth next time.

I am contacting you regarding the inappropriate behavior of the manager of this hotel.
My wife and I arrived at 4 a.m. Wednesday July 30, 2024.
We were greeted by the night watchman (after calling him on his cell phone, phone number being written on the door).
He was personable, pleasant and efficient.
He told us the price of the room was 45 EUR, then gave us room 104.
I wanted to pay for the room and give him my credit card and my ID, he told me that we could do that tomorrow at check out.
I took the opportunity to ask for the check out times, he told me 12 p.m. and that if I ever lingered a little, he wouldn't hold it against me.
He wrote my name on a post it with the rate and room number.
I asked him if the motorbike parked on the side near the entrance wasn't in the way, he told me it wasn't a problem.
I went to bed, it was 4 a.m.
When I woke up around 9:30 a.m. I went to reception and a lady introducing herself as the manager welcomed me.
I had 3 problems:
The post it with the price has disappeared.
I was asked for 55 eur instead of 45 eur, you will tell me it is only 10 eur difference but I insist on the principle...
She called me a liar and refused to contact the night watchman to ask him the question.
She took the opportunity to say: “It’s always the problems with you”.
This is the first time I have set foot in this hotel and in the region.
I dare to hope that this remark has nothing to do with any remark about my origins..
She immediately said that check out is at 11 a.m., I told her that I was planning to leave well before but that the bellman told me it was 12 p.m.
She then reproached me for having parked along the hedge near the front door even though I had asked for permission, that the vehicle did not obstruct access in any way and that it was for a safety issue. (camera in front of reception).
The director called me a liar on several occasions for these 3 points... I finally paid the 45 EUR with totally inappropriate remarks.
I had to move the vehicle.
I had to leave the room early even though it was planned...
I called back the night watchman who confirmed the 3 points stated above and who fully assumes his instructions and does not understand the actions of this lady.
Apparently this isn't the first time...
I am appealing to you to find out if the general management intends to do something about this.
Sincerely.
So I pass on the dilapidation of the room, the separate beds, the cleaning ladies who speak out loud at 8:30 in the morning...

05/07/2025: I went to this bar with a friend today. We sat down and waited 25 minutes, but no one came to see us.
We went to the bar and saw that no one was there, and they told us, "Don't worry, we're coming."
We sat down again 45 minutes later, still no one there.
The terrace was almost empty.
Very disappointed.
23/06/2025: A great experience at Caliente!
The brunch is very nice, and their burger is truly delicious (soft bun, quality meat, crispy fries).
Despite the crowds, the servers remain pleasant and helpful.
A special mention goes to the waitress Enola, who, in addition to making the best café crèmes in all of Rennes, always welcomes you with a warm smile!

15/08/2024: I went to eat today. I found two hairs in my sandwich because the employees don't wear gloves or caps. I spoke about it with the manager who jabbered a few words of French and did nothing for me because apparently I had already eaten the sandwich which was halfway through.
07/08/2024: Simply the best kebab I have eaten! The meat is excellent and the staff very welcoming. The prices are very fair for the quality offered. If you want to eat there, the setting is very clean and the service is really fast, so very practical! I strongly advise you to come there.

01/09/2024: We order very regularly (really! 1x/week at least) and if the products are good, the service really leaves something to be desired.
Delivery times are random (+2h30 this evening!!).
The restaurant is difficult to reach, sauces are almost always missing (although the spicy sauce is therefore optional!), when it is not a whole product. And when we call to ask about the status of the order, the shop offers to cancel it, so we don't eat, too bad for us!
When a product is missing, the shop indicates that it will reimburse us. However, this is a credit note since the amount is credited to the customer account.
In short..... the customer journey is clearly not up to the prices charged!

01/10/2024: Minimalist decor. Carafe of water not fresh, very average sushi, rice probably from the day before, noodles overcooked or sitting there for too long and dishes that will leave your mouth dry for hours. (Monosodium glutamate additives) Compared to neighboring restaurants there are not many customers and I understand why.
I don't like to post negative comments but my taste buds will remember the experience for a long time.
There were plenty of seats but the hostess seated a person in front of us with such a repulsive appearance and manner (with the added bonus of his phone on speaker) that my daughter was so disgusted that she didn't eat anything. .

08/07/2025: The guy at the checkout is not very pleasant with customers. We asked for two cryspy wings menus and he told him that it doesn't exist, while it's obvious that 6 wings sold together is a menu, even if it doesn't say that it's a menu, in short, I like pizza hut but the guy with glasses at the checkout, really, you have to give him feedback, and I see for the comments, I'm not the first to say the situation on the establishment 😤👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 so 0 stars, Too bad.

22/10/2024: Pour faire plaisir à mon épouse hospitalisée depuis des semaines et rêvait d'un menu bacon/potatoes (désolé je ne connais pas le nom) je me suis rendu dans ce McDo.
Arrivée à la Candeloro car sol huilé ??
Commande à emporter, une personne devant nous, parfait !
J'ai pris pour ma part des MC fish et ma fille un vrap et un burger.
Après un petit 20mn d'attente nous nous sommes rendu à l'hôpital.
Mon épouse nous attendait avec impatience avec le plateau spécial WE des hôpitaux devant elle...
On a déballé et SURPRISE !!!
Tout était froid, le menu maxi bacon sans bacon, mais pire sans rien dedans à part un pauvre steak et un point de ketchup sous lui.
4 malheureuses potatoes froides.
Quand à ma fille, son wrap était tout sec mais je pense de la semaine quand même et le burger comme celui de sa mère.
Parts de frites faméliques et à moitié cuites en plus d'être froides.
Moi j'ai eu de la chance j'ai eu un mc fish avec du poisson dedans. OUAIS !!!
Mais que du poisson... Nouvelle recette peut être, ou nouvelle cuisine qui sait ?
Bon, pas de raison d'avoir un régime de faveur, quelques frites pas cuites pour accompagner.
Nous avons tenté de manger mais même mon épouse a préféré que je demande qu'on lui réchauffe son Knacki purée.
Pendant que ma fille et moi même étions partis chercher de quoi calmer notre faim, le plateau a été débarrassé et les preuves du crime jetées à la poubelle.
Dommage, je me serais fait un plaisir d'exprimer mon mécontentement.
J'espère seulement que des rats ou des chats ne tomberont pas sur les restes (quoi que ...)
J'ai aussi une part de responsabilité, si j'avais pris 3 happy meal on aurait au moins eu les cadeaux (des Puffs certainement...)
Ha si, une chose de positif, la sauce des potatoes devait être bonne car non préparé sur place mais jetée avec le reste.
Voilà, voilà, la prochaine fois que mes petits enfants me demanderont d'aller chez le clown, ce sera coup pelle et abandon sur une aire de covoiturage.
Je me dois de les éduquer un minimum...

05/08/2024: Arriving around 1:20 p.m., we place an order at the terminal and no easel is available!
Long service, the person who placed the order at the table took my receipt!! For what ?!! And fried completely cold on arrival, frankly disgusting, not to mention an error in the preparation of the burger!! The person at the counter not smiling or friendly!!
Extensive training should be expected!!
The toilet code was entered incorrectly, even a gentleman sitting next door gave the correct code to the people who were blocked at the entrance.
A lot of stuff accumulated which explains my rating.

17/09/2024: Unpleasant welcome. I couldn't guess that the PMU and the tobacco bar were in two parts for the recovery of a package. Although it was stated that the establishment did not deliver any packages. Young student, panicked at not knowing where he was. I came to ask the waitresses who, with all the sympathy in the world, answered me, among other things:
I don't know where he is. If it were possible to read the inscriptions on the door and not be disturbed during the service that would be good.
The job of a waitress is above all customer relations. I didn't need to eat there to say that I would never go.
Long live humanity.
