28/05/2025: Very bad experience with this restaurant today, staff were grumpy and unpleasant. Really limited buffet, almost non-existent dessert. This is definitely something to avoid, at least for me, it's the first and last time. They wanted to charge a child under 2 who didn't even eat. It's unacceptable.

16/08/2024: Really at the top! Warm welcome, fast service and delicious meals! The boss is really adorable!!! We really enjoyed ourselves (even though I only eat small quantities) I really liked it. I recommend and the next time I visit Le Mans I will come back ;)

03/11/2024: I had reserved a table for 4 people last night for my husband's birthday. Arriving as planned for 8 p.m., what a disappointment to see us seated at a table in the upper room at the very back stuck to the entrance to the kitchens or who knows what, this room being separated from the room by a curtain (open obviously) There were still places left in the main room and having reserved we could have been better placed. 2nd disappointment the kitchen. No taste, certain dishes bordering on food poisoning (a kind of sausage to absolutely avoid), pieces of meat not tender, pakoras without flavor.... even the dessert (semolina cake) cold, almost frozen and disgusting. In short, we are very disappointed. And we must not be the only ones because Saturday evening at 10 p.m. everyone had already left, the restaurant was empty and we were the last. We have known this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed going there.... but we will not come back again.

11/12/2023: Il y avait un morceau d’éponge métallique à l’intérieur de mon biryani. J’ai commandé hier soir sur Uber Eats et j’ai reçu en livraison 2 nan au fromage (très bon) 1 entrée poulet tandori (bon aussi) et un plat de byriani au poulet ou j’ai trouvé un filament d’éponge métallique. Je vais contacter le service adéquat sur Uber Eats. J’ai écris ce commentaire pour aider le consommateur.

16/09/2024: Honestly, a very good discovery. The buffet is small and that’s a good thing! The quality of the dishes is there and you can taste everything unlike other buffets which offer excessive food. I guess it also avoids waste and that’s great! At lunchtime the formula is 10.90 EUR! It's very rare to find such reasonable prices for quality like this. The price of drinks is also reasonable and that is much appreciated! I highly recommend

24/11/2024: A really nice and cosy Indian restaurant. It was open late on a Sunday. The attendance was polite, and he took the time to explain the difference between a rogan josh and the vindaloo. He was also kind to make the meal to my taste. With the few days I spent in France, I learnt a good and fitting phrase: je reviendrai. Merci.

05/08/2024: To recommend ! Order placed at the terminal with the employees who helped and advised me because it was my first time here The crispy chicken burger is delicious and their chikka massala meat which is their specialty is equally delicious! I recommend going there for the prices!

01/09/2024: Sincerely disappointed with this takeaway order. Surprised to see a butter chicken for €13 without white rice. So I add white rice, and two cheese naans. Addition 24€?! I quickly understood when I saw €4 for naan. Brief Once home I unpack everything and a second disappointment when I discover 5 unfortunate pieces of chicken in a bath of sauce. Okay, I'll have a taste, I tell myself. And there, the third disappointment, the chicken was extremely dry, bordering on a bit of a rancid taste, the sauce bland and greasy, not even the little cardamom pods in it! At that price it would be the least we could do… I haven't even finished the dish... and the naans barely topped with cheese... honestly you can use 3 kiri cows next time 🥲

19/08/2024: Flawless. Tested several times. We were even able to have dinner after the movie after 10:30 p.m. Fast, very good. Great variety. The best Indian in Fontainebleau.

22/09/2024: The restaurant is selling with the name of Pure Vegetarian Indian Restaurant on Uber Eats however when I checked the address it is the same address of this restaurant Taj Mahal Pairs which is a Non Vegetarian Restaurant and I was served chicken in my food Instead of a Vegetarian Paneer Tikka Order. Completely a Big Scam and Unacceptable. Not recommended at all

09/09/2024: We reached around 2:18 and they close around 2:45pm. The waiter did “us a favour” by accepting to serve us food. He was adamant on ordering very fast because he wanted to close up. So we did. Then he instructed us to sit only on a particular table on the corner and not put our things on the next one which was really almost attached to our small table. The food was really ok ok. We asked for suggestions but he just said order anything. We had ordered matar paneer on his suggestion in paneer and aalu gobhi. The latter one was 3/5 but matar paneer was weird tasting and made our stomachs weird afterwards. The attitude was not appreciated because if you come to a place to eat, you’d like to be treated with some respect especially(or not because it’s basic) if you belong to the same country as your guests come from too. Maybe the french got to the guy’s head…

19/08/2024: 5 small pieces of chicken and almost nothing rice for 22 euros. Almost no laughing cow in the Nan au fromage. I called to find out why the proportions had decreased so much and I was told that I was in the wrong restaurant... People are taken for cash cows now. You have lost regular customers. Damage...

19/08/2024: Uber order placed this afternoon. Dishes which are usually rather hearty are much less so today: €22 for 5 small pieces of chicken in a base of curry sauce and half-filled rice trays, €5 for cheese nan which lacks cow's milk who laughs without mentioning the missing sauces.... In short, quantities and quality that leave something to be desired and are not worth the asking price. The icing on the cake: we called the restaurant who, as a simple response, denied having had the order and told us that we had gone to the wrong restaurant!!!! As regular customers, we will think twice before turning to this establishment again.
