05/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent discovery! We had a very pleasant time at Le Seize with four colleagues. The welcome was warm, the service attentive without being intrusive, and the dishes were refined, generous, and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with each plate. The atmosphere is elegant and convivial. An address I wholeheartedly recommend in Grenoble, and one I will gladly return to on my next visit.

01/08/2026: Despite the quality I'm used to, the service was very unpleasant. I'm surprised; it's not like what I've experienced before. I've always had smiling servers and fast service. Disappointed. Usually, the server is unpleasant and contemptuous. Disappointed.

30/07/2026: First and most certainly last experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the tables were dirty. We had to ask for them to be cleaned ourselves before we could be seated. The waiter was shockingly unprofessional. He spoke to us with completely inappropriate familiarity, as if we were his colleagues. After waiting more than 20 minutes for him to take our order, we had to wait another 30 minutes before being served. And despite this wait, he still managed to get my drink wrong, bringing me lemonade instead of Sprite. But the most unbelievable part was the end. When it came time to pay, a waitress charged me for another table's bill without even checking. I only realized this after I left the restaurant. It's simply unacceptable. Between the lack of hygiene, the interminable wait, the order errors, and such negligence at the checkout, I wonder how an establishment can operate this way. A minimum of rigor and professionalism would be the very least they could do. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

08/07/2026: The owner of this brasserie is truly attentive to his customers. We needed to get to the university hospital (CHU), but the tram was out of service. He called us a taxi. The service was exceptionally kind and helpful. This brasserie is highly recommended. Thank you again.

29/06/2026: First time at this restaurant, which seemed like a good place given its average rating (4.2). Unfortunately, during the lunch service, there was a very long wait (50 minutes between ordering and receiving our food) because all the other tables had ordered just before we arrived. Around us, only 4 or 5 tables had been served. We were told that the daily special was no longer available. Ten minutes after ordering, the table next to us, which had just arrived, was offered the daily specials, which were finally available. The food was decent, however, and the location was easy to access. It's a shame.

22/06/2026: Traditional and generous cuisine, cozy atmosphere, lovely terrace and intimate interior space. I recommend it.

25/07/2026: This is ridiculous, the guy forgot the worms, the Coke, the ice cubes, and he keeps going back and forth for nothing.

11/08/2026: The place wasn't very welcoming: annoying background noise, ineffective air conditioning, and the products weren't displayed properly. The pastries were of very poor quality: bland, lacking texture, completely unappealing, and far too sweet. The drinks were neither good nor plentiful: I've never had such a bad iced coffee, let alone the smoothie. The staff weren't unpleasant, however, given the service and the short time we spent in this tea room (less than 10 minutes...), it would have been nice if they had asked us how we were doing.

04/08/2026: The food was good, but we had to eat alone in the middle of uncleared tables, and when we asked the young blonde waitress to at least clear the table next to us, she told us to leave if we weren't happy. She also said that if we left a bad review, she "didn't give a damn." It's a shame to hire such rude people. It makes us not want to come back.
