25/02/2026: We booked a table for Sunday evening during the parade at the Fête du Gourmand (Birthday Festival). The atmosphere was relaxed, and our waiter was incredibly kind and generous, taking the time to explain everything, offering us a taste of three wines, and being very friendly with the children. The food was delicious (salmon tartare, pizza, gnocchi, and dessert), and the wine was excellent, as we received great recommendations. The service was quick and efficient.

I found it very professional that they cut each pizza with a different cutter; no doubt the pizza maker cares about doing things right 👍 ​​I recommend it, and the service is simple and efficient too, what more can I say? 24/12/2025: A wonderful discovery! We arrived a little late for lunch, but we were greeted with a smile and genuine warmth. Nestled in the narrow streets of Valbonne village, this restaurant offers a short and sweet menu, with dishes that are clearly homemade. The price-quality ratio is also quite good for the area. The dining room is a bit small, but tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. Special mention goes to the tiramisu: its unusual presentation surprised us, and it was delicious. We'll gladly return!

14/03/2026: Lively and positive atmosphere & eclectic setting. The food was great. Smoked fish as a starter was delicate and tasty. The burrata was also light and paired with salads. Beef stew was hearty and flavoursome. Some of us had cacio Pepe which was mixed in a Parmesan bowl and excellent! The desserts were also excellent ( crème caramel / pannacotta with red berries) Price was fair and the service was efficient and friendly. Would recommend it!

16/02/2026: The welcome and service were very pleasant, and the food was excellent. The pizza was very good, with a unique feature: the dough was made with whole wheat flour (kudos to the pizza maker, considering how difficult it is to make this type of flour rise!), resulting in a rather original crust. One small drawback: in the middle of winter, tomatoes in every salad seem a bit much, and I'm sure they could be replaced with another, seasonal vegetable.
