As customers for many years, we have always appreciated the restaurant thanks to its warm welcome, friendly atmosphere, and of course, the delicious and generous portions of fresh Italian cuisine. Building on this experience, we chose La Locanda to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary on July 12th with family and friends. It was extraordinary and unforgettable. Audrey, the owner, prepared a buffet for us in a private section of the garden. It was a feast for the eyes and the palate. The buffet was beautifully presented, very generous, and offered something for everyone: super crispy focaccia, refined Italian charcuterie, Vitello Tonnato (a delight!), delicious tuna and marlin, melon and ham, grilled vegetables, cheese... I'm sure I'm forgetting some! And to finish, a delicious fruit-based cake. Moreover, the value for money is unbeatable. This wonderful day delighted our guests and inspired others to do the same. Thank you again to Audrey and Paolo for their warm welcome, their organization, their professionalism, and also for their kindness and expertise. See you very soon.

20/07/2026: A delightful and delicious time spent!! In the heart of Marina Baie des Anges, Salvatore and his team managed to delight us both with the food and with their warm and welcoming service. We will be back, that's a promise!

14/07/2026: Apparently the menu has changed, and so has the staff. The pizza was inedible, with watery carrots and broccoli. The frozen desserts were of mediocre quality. The service was only half pleasant.

19/07/2026: I was surprised at how good the set menu was. Our food was well prepared and the portions hearty. Our young waitress was the nicest and the owner gracious. We will return.

04/08/2026: A restaurant that feels just like home. Both inside, with its retro decor, and on the terrace. I tried both. The menu isn't extensive, but it's sufficient; you're sure to find something you like, whether you're looking for meat, fish, or vegetarian options, as everything is homemade and fresh. I loved the main courses and desserts. The service was very friendly. This little restaurant is definitely worth a visit, and I highly recommend it.

29/07/2026: I was a little surprised by this experience. The menu isn't very extensive, yet at 8 p.m., with only six customers in the restaurant, the two dishes I had chosen were already sold out. This suggests that other dishes may also have been unavailable. The dishes we eventually ordered were good and well-prepared. However, I'm less enthusiastic about the value for money. In the evening, expect to pay around €100 per person excluding drinks, which is a significant expense. Finally, the service was quite slow: we waited over 30 minutes for our food even though the restaurant was nearly empty. In the end, the food was good, but given the prices, the experience didn't completely win me over.

20/07/2026: The owner is amazing. Fantastic energy. We had the juices, milkshake (chocolate & vanilla) and espresso. Great! The street setting is a great pull and on a hot day the shade is welcome. Keep coming back. Haven’t had the food yet so not able to rate but will be back and sure it’s a 5/5 too.

19/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in Nice. Excellent welcome from the owner and his friendly, smiling team. The restaurant is well laid out and beautifully decorated. A very good meal with delicious flavors. We highly recommend it.

16/07/2026: The food was amazing, but nothing could be as good as the service. Waiters would always be around ready to help and checked in on us, but not to the point where it was annoying. One of our steaks was a bit too raw for our liking, so they had no problem cooking it a bit more. There were great Italian options too, such as the spaghetti Bolognese (it may have been a special). All the serving sizes were large, and it was excellent value for money. They even gave you a constant supply of delicious bread. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

22/07/2026: Their sorbets are fantastic; if you're lactose intolerant, they're heaven. Special mention goes to the verbena, rosemary, and cocoa, which is very strong (maybe not all three at once, we agree... I have particular tastes).

27/07/2026: First time at this pizzeria and I have nothing but praise. A very warm welcome, a complimentary glass of sangria while we waited for our pizzas. The pizzas were prepared very quickly and were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it.

18/03/2026: Excellent experience at La Cantina! The dishes are flavorful, generous, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The service is top-notch: welcoming, quick, and always with a smile. The atmosphere is friendly, perfect for a meal with friends or family. I highly recommend it; it's a sure bet in Antibes. I'll gladly return!

23/07/2026: An excellent restaurant located in the heart of the beautiful village of Saorge. We ate in the shade of the pergola, a very pleasant spot when it's hot. The menu is simple but offers quality cuisine made with fresh, local products. The gazpacho was delicious. The mixed charcuterie and cheese board was generous and satisfying. A lovely lunch break that gave us the energy we needed to head out again in the afternoon to explore. Furthermore, the service was very friendly. A restaurant I highly recommend to anyone passing through Saorge.
