23/11/2024: outstanding service and delicious dishes!

21/11/2024: In my search for a small restaurant in old Nice, we came across this small restaurant which, with its frontage, takes you back to Nice's past and simplicity. No fuss and a reduced menu, the restaurant clearly displays its orientation: the Rôtisserie. I was able to taste all the meats via the mix-grill plate and the herb-roasted chicken. Everything is very well cooked, a real pleasure roasted like at grandma's. As for dessert, the roof is homemade, nothing surprising but it's good and in the end that's what we ask for. To complete all this, the welcome was very warm and friendly, a big thank you to Mamadou.

23/01/2026: The staff was friendly, but the wait was too long. The food was good, both in quantity and quality, but there were some things that could be improved. The products are high-quality, but they could be handled a little better.

13/01/2026: Very poor and slow service. They just walk by your table, don't offer you a menu, and don't take orders. A very bad experience.

27/01/2026: A delicious break! An excellent pear and almond tart... homemade, of course, served with a smile to make your moment even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it and enjoy it to your heart's content!

17/01/2026: Excellent Italian restaurant! We had a truly wonderful meal. The pasta was simply delicious: the wild boar ragù, rich and perfectly balanced, and the black pasta with squid ink and scallops, incredibly delicate and expertly prepared. Quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and a true mastery of Italian cuisine. A fantastic discovery; I highly recommend it!

13/09/2024: We had dinner last night, very decent. We had two menus for 24 euros Two dishes plus a dessert. The friendly staff. Quickly served. Correct price To recommend.

18/01/2025: Thank you for this meal which was excellent. Hearty meal at an affordable price, very good atmosphere too. Special mention to Alex who was able to serve us with his good humor and enthusiasm. We, who didn't know the region, ended our stay on a good note. We will come back as soon as possible.

16/01/2025: Nice place to have a coffee with a sea and beach view. They provide to the table a tray showing the different desserts they have for you to order.

19/09/2025: Very bad experience with a server (or the boss?) with gray hair who outright threw the menu in our face and spoke very badly to us, we were clearly not welcome. The white wine tasted of vinegar, frankly we didn't understand. We are from Nice and we have never been treated like that. So since there is a gay bar opposite, they probably don't want "this clientele" to overflow into their place and so we were mistreated for this purpose, because unless they did it on purpose, I don't see.

11/09/2025: We're always warmly welcomed at Café du Pin! Excellent service and a varied menu make it the perfect place for a drink with friends!

13/12/2025: I rarely write restaurant reviews, but today I came to have lunch at your place. Besides the price, I think my 12-year-old daughter makes better pasta than you do… The dish was bland. The pasta was cooked al dente (okay!), but the mushroom sauce was nothing like a sauce… a milky liquid with button mushrooms still full of water. No seasoning whatsoever. In short, I wanted a good pasta dish, and Gino is only Italian in the color of its storefront!

27/11/2025: Mandatory set menu! Not listed on the menus...main course + dessert + drinks (too late to leave). The main course was pizza-panini?? At first, we didn't know what it was. In the end, it was just bread with a lot of empty space inside.... which was fine, I wasn't very hungry! For drinks, you're entitled to everything except..... water! But it's good for your health! They're taking us for a ride.... The owner or employee wasn't very friendly because you asked questions. In short, it's the last time, not even for a coffee. And as the saying goes, it was better before!

04/07/2025: Due to various factors impacting our trip we ate here a few times as it was the only place open on Sunday. The staff are excellent and very welcoming. Every meal we had here, steak, fish, pizza was very good….that is why we kept going back! If you are staying in any of the nearby hotels I highly recommend this little restaurant.

02/07/2025: At L’ETNA restaurant the quality of the food and wine is excellent all round. The Staff are friendly and hard working and you will remember them after a visit or two. Rim has a very warm personality, makes you feel at home and almost knows what you like from once you arrive. We can recommend this restaurant highly and it is definitely not the type of place you would expect to stumble upon in this particular area. We will always come back to this little gem. 05/01/2026: Da Cito is located at 23 Cours Massena, near the city walls. We savored the delicious creations prepared with passion by the Corsican chef. The menu features numerous Mediterranean specialties, served in very generous portions. It's the most popular restaurant in Antibes, offering traditional Italian cuisine made in-house in a very cozy setting. Impeccable service and very reasonable prices.

15/09/2024: The best Italian pizza you can experience (better than in Venice or Tuscany), because it is created by Italians with passion and love for food! The pizzas can be torn apart and eaten, which means the ingredients are real and the dough is perfectly kneaded!

15/09/2024: On a attendu 30 min mais rien personne est venu prendre ne serait-ce que la commande des boissons! Très déçue nous ne reviendrons pas c dommage

08/09/2024: Quelle déception ! Déjà on arrive on demande une table le serveur nous demande d'attendre dehors le temps quil dresse la table, chose qu'il na pas fait, il est parti et ne reviens jamais nous voir. Heureusement un de ces collègues très pro nous a installé et dressé la table. Concernanr les pizzas, rien à voir avec les pizzas d'avant. Ont ils changés le fromage ou.autre chose ? Pizza insipide, fromage dur sur la reine, avant le fromage etait coulant, la il etait figé et tout levgras ressortait sur la pizza comme si de l'huile avait etait rajouté. Je suis déçu. Dommage de perdre des clients locaux. J'espère que le patron prendra conscience des messages et que ça redeviendra les meilleurs pizzas

31/10/2025: Absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs. I've never been served like that. A completely revolting burger, served haphazardly on a tray that wasn't even clean and covered in traces of who-knows-what. Utter nonsense. A word to future customers: simply don't go. It's worse than McDonald's and more expensive.

31/10/2025: Honestly, the pizzas and burgers are delicious and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
