Au Point Chaud
La Couarde-Sur-Mer
04/10/2026: The pizzas were fine, except the advertised opening hours don't match reality. For example, today the website said they were open, but when I made the trip, it was closed – a waste of time! What a shame!
27/09/2026: A warm welcome at all hours, impeccable service and cleanliness!
Thank you for welcoming us like family, even at the end of your shift.
With smiles and professionalism.
Cheers, MD

Pizzeria des Halles
Aigrefeuille-D'Aunis
03/07/2026: I highly recommend the pizzeria at Les Halles!
Generous portions, fast, friendly, and very helpful service.
Best Caesar salad I've ever had. Homemade fries!!
We will definitely be back.
Thank you!
25/06/2026: We moved here two years ago, and these are still the best pizzas we've had in the entire area, all the way to La Rochelle.
A great place. Pizza for him, burger for me. Homemade pizza dough, crispy yet soft. The pizza was generously topped with very high-quality ingredients. The chorizo was mild but very flavorful. The burger was cooked exactly as ordered, tender and juicy. The fresh fries were the best I've had in a long time.

Ragazzi da Peppone

28/09/2026: The food was nice but unfortunately the girls dinner not turn up until well after the boys had finished eating the atmosphere was interesting because there where two older French lady’s who seemed to take offence to us laughing and enjoying ourselves but I don’t suppose we can blame the restaurant for that
27/09/2026: Every time we come to La Rochelle, we eat here. Super tasty, partly organic too, and friendly service. Here you can still eat well at an affordable price (in Belgium this would cost double).

L'italien
La Rochelle, 20-30€
05/08/2026: While passing through La Rochelle, we discovered this fantastic restaurant. The welcome was incredibly friendly. The pizzas are generous and excellent, especially the calzone, which isn't something you often find in restaurants. A little away from the tourist trap that is the port, I highly recommend this restaurant. And what's more, they offer you a complimentary limoncello.
04/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. Top-notch staff. Highly recommended.
