03/09/2026: I've rarely eaten such a bad pizza. The atmosphere in the pizzeria is abysmal; it desperately needs a renovation. Despite having agreed on a time, the pizza wasn't ready. The dough was incredibly thick and the cheese was strangely runny. I had a stomachache all evening afterward. Thanks for ruining my wonderful day in Brittany.

06/08/2026: These are undoubtedly the best pizzas in the canton. Very welcoming service and excellent food. Everyone I've introduced them to tells me they're gourmet pizzas!

08/09/2026: We've eaten at this restaurant several times. The pasta and pizzas were very good, and the service was friendly. We'll be back 🙂

10/08/2026: Gnocchi alla Sorrentina arrived with burrata covered in pesto that wasn't listed among the ingredients, with some of the garlic ruined, and penne del sud covered in a sheaf of arugula that wasn't listed among the ingredients. Poor service, a long wait for menus and drinks, and the service manager didn't even pay attention to us, not even a greeting upon leaving. Perhaps, having realized that as Italians, we know our own cuisine and given the negative reviews from our fellow countrymen, which unfortunately we saw after dinner, we came across as unwelcoming?

26/08/2026: The restaurant has private parking, which is very convenient. The welcome is warm, and the staff are friendly. The various dishes are delicious. The prices are quite reasonable.

26/08/2026: We had dinner with a couple of friends and their children, and we had a wonderful evening. The service was excellent, and the waiter's little touches of humor made the experience even more enjoyable. The pace of the service was perfect: neither too fast nor too slow, just right to allow us to fully savor the evening. As for the food, we have absolutely no complaints: everything was delicious. In short, a very pleasant experience. Thank you to the entire team!

06/09/2026: The coffee was very good, the beer was delicious, but the pizza was actually a flatbread dough (fragile and flat) with tomato sauce, herbs de Provence, and 90% of it covered in cheese. It was tasty, but calling it a pizza... is rather misleading. Italian-style flatbread would be a more accurate description. 😁 Don't get me wrong, it was tasty, but it's not a pizza, not in my opinion. The staff is friendly, the location is beautiful and right by the sea. I've attached a photo of my own pizza.

30/08/2026: We came for lunch at the end of August and received a warm welcome. We ordered pizza and mussels and fries. The service was quick, and the dishes were really good and generous! The prices are reasonable for the location (we were able to eat facing the counter). We highly recommend it!

22/01/2026: The team is always smiling and offers an incredible welcome. The prices for takeaway pizzas are unbeatable, and on top of that, they're excellent. The burgers are just as delicious; personally, the Auvergnat is my favorite.

20/01/2026: Very good experience. Good protein content in their pizzas. Every Friday I get a free pizza: buy one pizza, get one free, and a slice goes to the dog.

26/08/2026: The exterior is uninviting, but the dining room is decent and the staff attentive. The daily special is very well prepared and very good for a reasonable price.

23/08/2026: The feast was good… alas, two companions paid dearly for their banquet. The setting was rather unusual, the service a bit slow and very curt. Two pizzas were served: two fell ill, one of whom was bedridden the next day. On the other hand, a very good pasta dish and a superb steak tartare! Mondello will remain a one-off, with no return.

14/07/2026: My partner and I wanted to order a pizza. She called to place the order. A man on the phone kept her waiting for quite a while, and when he came back to take her order, she asked him what time it would be delivered. He told her one hour. We looked at each other, surprised because that was a long time for a pizza delivery. My partner asked if it would be possible to wait half an hour instead of an hour, and he replied disrespectfully, "I can't tell you, I'm not psychic," accusing her of calling at that hour when 7:56 PM is a perfectly normal time to order a pizza. She asked him to speak to her more politely and respectfully, explaining that it was perfectly normal to want to know what time the delivery would be, which he didn't do. So, that was the second time he had been disrespectful to her, and completely outraged, she hung up. A few moments later, finding this regrettable, she decided to have a calmer discussion. She got him back on the phone and gently explained again that it's unacceptable to speak to customers like that and be disrespectful. She tried to have a calm conversation with him, but he blamed her, saying he wasn't "psychic," and ended the call by hanging up on her. I must say, waiting an hour for a pizza, and €13 for a simple pizza for one person, is too expensive. It's both expensive and takes too long.

04/06/2026: Halles de la Martinière began in 1838 as a municipal food market in two halls arranged around Rue de la Martinière. Butter, eggs, poultry and other provisions were sold inside, while the street kept public movement open between the halls. The southern hall burned in 1873, was rebuilt, then disappeared when the street was widened in 1903, leaving the surviving stone hall as a reduced remnant of that original market. Its columns, iron grilles, lantern and later glass reopening show a building repeatedly adjusted where food trade met the street. After closure in 2011, it reopened in 2017 with local products, eating on site and takeaway, though that reuse entered fresh uncertainty with the cooperative grocery’s 2026 liquidation.

18/08/2026: That's when I realized anyone can be a pizza maker... First time tonight and definitely the last...

13/08/2026: It's marked as open, but there's a sign on the door saying it's closed for vacation.

16/08/2026: The service was late and very slow. The quality of the food depends on what you choose, but personally, I was disappointed with what I received. In short, I don't recommend it; there are better options.

10/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at Lobelys! We had a fantastic time. The dishes were truly delicious, with wonderful flavors, and the welcome was particularly warm and friendly. The setting is magnificent, with a beautiful view overlooking the walled city. A pleasant atmosphere and an ideal place to enjoy a delicious meal in a superb setting. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend Lobelys for the quality of the service, the cuisine, and the ambiance. 😊
