10/06/2026: A really great pizzeria, we go there often and we're never disappointed! The pizzas are delicious, generous, and made with quality ingredients. The desserts are excellent too, making it a perfect meal! The service is perfect, the waitresses are friendly and relatively quick. A bonus: feminine hygiene products are available in the restaurant's restrooms! I highly recommend going there.

22/02/2026: A very pleasant little discovery! We arrived on a Saturday evening without a reservation (two of us), and the waitress informed us that they were unfortunately full 😥 but found a solution immediately 🙏 thank you! The menu features homemade dishes that are a real treat. I had a chicken escalope in a cream sauce with homemade fries – absolutely delicious! The meat was incredibly tender (slow-cooked) – fantastic. I highly recommend it 😊. A wonderful find!

14/07/2026: The pizzas were good, no complaints about the quality of the food. However, the service was very disappointing. We waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for only five pizzas! There's no point in having so much seating if you can't serve all your customers within a reasonable timeframe. The most regrettable thing is that we felt completely forgotten. If we hadn't gone to ask about our order, I'm not even sure we would have been served at all. Despite this abnormally long wait, no compensation or even a proper apology was offered. Reading other reviews, I realized that we are unfortunately not the first to report the slow service. It seems to be a recurring problem that deserves to be taken seriously. It's a real shame, because the pizzas are good, but such a long wait completely ruins the experience.

14/07/2026: A very bad experience at this restaurant: a drink was forgotten during our aperitif (we had to ask twice to get it), we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for 3 out of 5 pizzas (the other two weren't even prepared, and the last one arrived 20 minutes later with only tomato sauce and a few peppers), and a bottle of wine was never served but still appeared on the bill. All of this reflects a complete lack of competence in managing customer flow and order tracking.

19/07/2026: Friendly welcome and good service. The quality of the food depends on what you choose from the menu. However, the €5.50 carafe of water was a bit much; we weren't even sure it was legal. There are other restaurants in the area that are much more worth a visit.

13/07/2026: The poke bowl recipe is poorly executed... the dish is bland, lacking any particular flavor and bearing no resemblance to a true poke bowl. As for the penne with truffles, the dish is sorely lacking in truffle flavor, but the cooking is well executed.

29/04/2026: Very low quality products, meals picked up on time but barely home (3 minutes walk) the tacos were more than cold... it was as if they had been made a long time ago, the size is the same whether it is for a 1 meat taco or a 3 meat taco, the color of the meat leaves much to be desired... it's a shame the previous owner didn't stay.

16/05/2026: The pizzas were pretty good, but clearly overpriced. For a pizza costing 18 or 19 euros, they need to be impeccable and offer excellent pizzas. The goat cheese and honey pizza crust was dry and crumbly. What a shame.

30/05/2026: First time I went yesterday, and it's the first time I've been disappointed by a restaurant. I was still hungry when I finished the meal. There wasn't enough dressing for the warm goat cheese salad. The veal escalope with cream sauce was good, but the portion of fries was really small, and the ice cream wasn't very generous either. It just gave the impression of being nice. I'm really disappointed and won't be back.

14/07/2026: My partner and I wanted to order a pizza. She called to place the order. A man on the phone kept her waiting for quite a while, and when he came back to take her order, she asked him what time it would be delivered. He told her one hour. We looked at each other, surprised because that was a long time for a pizza delivery. My partner asked if it would be possible to wait half an hour instead of an hour, and he replied disrespectfully, "I can't tell you, I'm not psychic," accusing her of calling at that hour when 7:56 PM is a perfectly normal time to order a pizza. She asked him to speak to her more politely and respectfully, explaining that it was perfectly normal to want to know what time the delivery would be, which he didn't do. So, that was the second time he had been disrespectful to her, and completely outraged, she hung up. A few moments later, finding this regrettable, she decided to have a calmer discussion. She got him back on the phone and gently explained again that it's unacceptable to speak to customers like that and be disrespectful. She tried to have a calm conversation with him, but he blamed her, saying he wasn't "psychic," and ended the call by hanging up on her. I must say, waiting an hour for a pizza, and €13 for a simple pizza for one person, is too expensive. It's both expensive and takes too long.

04/06/2026: Halles de la Martinière began in 1838 as a municipal food market in two halls arranged around Rue de la Martinière. Butter, eggs, poultry and other provisions were sold inside, while the street kept public movement open between the halls. The southern hall burned in 1873, was rebuilt, then disappeared when the street was widened in 1903, leaving the surviving stone hall as a reduced remnant of that original market. Its columns, iron grilles, lantern and later glass reopening show a building repeatedly adjusted where food trade met the street. After closure in 2011, it reopened in 2017 with local products, eating on site and takeaway, though that reuse entered fresh uncertainty with the cooperative grocery’s 2026 liquidation.

02/05/2026: I want to share my experience, this time as someone directly affected, since this lunch was organized for my birthday: a moment I had imagined to be friendly, simple, and joyful… which was ultimately completely ruined. The reservation had been made more than a month in advance, with very clearly specified and agreed-upon conditions: staggered arrivals, some guests not eating, and above all, the possibility of having a common area to drink and share a moment together. Everything had been planned to ensure it went smoothly. Upon our arrival, the welcome was extremely cold, almost hostile. We were immediately and categorically refused to set up a communal table, even though the space was more than adequate. A tense exchange ensued, during which a member of the staff was particularly unpleasant, with an inappropriate tone and unacceptable remarks. Being called “difficult customers” on my birthday, hearing that “no solution would be found” and that we could “leave” if we weren’t happy… it’s not only shocking, but deeply disrespectful. What’s even more incomprehensible is that the solution initially requested was finally implemented afterward. This clearly proves that it was possible from the start, without unnecessary conflict. Why did it have to come to this? From an organizational standpoint, nothing was clear: no menus for the guests, the requirement to get up to order without any explanation, no assistance whatsoever… The service was practically nonexistent, with very little follow-up at the tables, even though the establishment wasn’t even full. In this context, it was difficult to enjoy the moment. And that’s precisely what’s most frustrating: beyond the logistical aspects, it was an important personal moment that was ruined. A birthday isn’t just a meal, it’s a memory. Unfortunately, this experience will forever be marked by a profound lack of professionalism and consideration. Following this, I was contacted by one of the partners, Yohan, who wanted to discuss the situation. I responded immediately and made myself available for a call. Despite this, there was no follow-up, a missed call with no response, and my follow-up has gone unanswered to this day. This lack of follow-up is completely inconsistent with the initial approach and further reinforces the feeling of neglect and disregard for the customer. It's all the more disappointing because the food was good. But this in no way compensates for the overall experience, which was disappointing from beginning to end. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise against this establishment for any significant event.
