25/09/2024: A friend of mine said if I could get a reservation here while in bordeaux, I should, because it's sublime. He wasn't wrong. From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed the ride. Each dish's ingredients were explained to us, where they came from, why they were in the dish, and how it was prepared. Every dish was a star. The wine pairings were perfect. So now I'm passing it along. If you get the chance to go, you should. It's sublime.

30/08/2024: Very nice food and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s run by a couple that give very attentive service. As it’s just the two of them sometimes they are busy with other tables and you have to wait a little but that is ok. Extensive wine list focusing mostly on Italian wine but with French and more adventurous wines from as far as Georgia. Very nice food but be prepared for a very fish focused menu and some very cleaver dishes

25/09/2024: Le restaurant Osteria Da Luigi offre une ambiance familiale et accueillante avec une décoration élégante. Le service était impeccable : le personnel était attentif et sympathique. On est venu en famille pour passer un moment tous ensemble, on était très content du moment passer et surtout le personnel très agréable et la bonne humeur de Jérôme et l’attention qui porte à ses clients. En entrée, nous avons pris la Burrata qui était excellente. En plat, j'ai savouré une délicieuse escalope milanaise accompagné des pommes de terre très bien cuite. Les portions étaient généreuses et bien présentées. Le rapport qualité-prix était raisonnable. En résumé, une soirée très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour sa cuisine qui vient tout droit d’Italie et son ambiance conviviale.

12/09/2024: Un resto de taille assez modeste -- il est conseillé de réserver -- qui offre un bel échantillon des véritables saveurs de l'Italie. La carte est limitée à quelques entrées à partager et des plats de pâtes (plus quelques desserts typiques, dont un généreux tiramisu, bien biscuité).

04/09/2024: The Pizz' in Bordeaux is a real treat! The pizzas are tasty, with perfectly crispy dough and ultra-fresh ingredients. The team is warm and the service is impeccable. You can find Italian authenticity in every bite. A must-see place for lovers of good pizza in Bordeaux. I highly recommend!

22/09/2024: At 4 p.m. sharp, here I am sitting at the terrace of this restaurant. It's very close to my house and yet it was my first time. And like all the first times... No, this one was exquisite! The friendly waiter gave good advice, so I decided on shrimp pasta accompanied by a succulent parsley butter sauce! My hips thank you 😌🥰 and to finish on a light note, a red fruit tiramisu...! Holala, I have rarely eaten such delicious food! For sure, I will come back! ✨🌺 Ps: the chef is very nice!

17/09/2024: The servers dealt really well with our party of 50. They even dealt with our request for different meals for our vegetarian friends with humour and provided tasty dishes.

28/08/2024: Une pizzeria atypique qui a conservée sa déco des années 50... c'est plutôt bien fait. La carte est classique pour un restaurant italien. Les plats sont plutôt gouteux et assez généreux. Accueil agréable. Un bon endroit pour déguster des plats italiens simple mais bien réalisés.

13/08/2024: We visited here twice when we stayed in Bordeaux. The first time we had left an event late and almost everywhere was closing. The owner was closing but she let us order pizza anyway. She was so nice, we went back to try other options another night. The lasagna is one of the best I've ever had. The desert was a spin on Crema Catalana, it was lemon flavored and served in a frozen lemon skin, which was neat. It was really good. When we go back to Bordeaux, we'll definitely eat here again! The owner was really so sweet and the food was all excellent
