Bistronomy is taking hold; the chef and his team, with a limited menu, introduce you to interesting flavors that will delight both the eyes and the palate. Attentive and precise service. The €45 lunch menu is excellent value. Three courses that become five with the addition of appetizers and petits fours. Originality, generosity, and bold flavors. The famous pasta with seven egg yolks is worth the trip, particularly enhanced by fresh morels. The whelk and citrus starter is a surprising choice. The strawberry sorbet dessert is bursting with flavor.
One Michelin star that more than lives up to its promise.
